Ֆրանսիան պահանջում է անհապաղ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի նիստ գումարել Հալեպի իրադրության շուրջ

Ֆրանսիան պահանջում Է անհապաղ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ գումարել Սիրիայի Հալեպ քաղաքի իրադրությունը քննարկելու համար: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նոյեմբերի 29-ին հայտարարել Է Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Մարկ Էյրոն: Նա ընդգծել Է, որ ԱԽ-ի խորհրդակցությունն անհրաժեշտ Է անցկացնել «անհապաղ, որպեսզի ուսումնասիրվի այդ տառապյալ քաղաքի իրադրությունը եւ քննարկվեն նրա բնակչությանն օգնություն հասցնելու միջոցները»:
«Այժմ ավելի քան երբեւԷ անհրաժեշտ Է հասնել մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման եւ ապահովել մարդասիրական օգնության անարգել ցուցաբերումը Հալեպում»,-ասված Է Էյրոյի հայտարարության մեջ:
Ավելի վաղ Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարարը խիստ անհանգստություն Է հայտնել Հալեպի իրադրության կապակցությամբ, նշելով «ռեժիմի ու նրա դաշնակիցների զանգվածային հարձակումը»: «Վերջին ժամերին բռնությունները հանգեցրել են զգալի թվով քաղաքացիական անձանց զոհվելուն եւ հարկադրել հազարավոր բնակիչների՝ փախչել քաղաքից»,-հայտարարել Է Էյրոն:
Ավելի վաղ Սիրիայի հակամարտող կողմերի հաշտեցման ռուսական կենտրոնը հայտնել Է, որ Սիրիայի կառավարական զորքերն արեւելյան Հալեպում մեկ օրում ահաբեկիչներից ազատագրել են 14 թաղամաս, ըստ որում զինյալների վերահսկման տակ գտնվող շրջաններից դուրս են եկել ավելի քան 8,5 հազար խաղաղ բնակիչներ: «Կառավարական զորքերը գիշերվա ընթացքում շարունակել են հարձակողական գործողություններն արեւելյան Հալեպի՝ ավազակային խմբավորումների կողմից գրավված շրջաններում: Անցած օրն ահաբեկիչներից լիովին ազատագրվել են արեւելյան Հալեպի 14 թաղամասեր (շուրջ 300 հազար բնակ ելի շինություններ)»,- ասված Է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Նաեւ հաղորդագրության մեջ ասված Է, որ զինյալների վերահսկման տակ գտնվող շրջաններից դուրս են եկել ավելի քան 8,5 հազար խաղաղ բնակիչներ, նրանցից շուրջ 4 հազարը՝ երեխաներ:
Մեկ օրվա ընթացքում 140 զինյալներ դադարեցրել են դիմադրությունը եւ դուրս եկել տրամադրված միջանցքներով, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
