Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահը պատրաստ է վաղաժամկետ լքել պաշտոնը

Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեն երկրի քաղաքացիներից ներողություն Է խնդրել իր շրջապատում կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի կապակցությամբ եւ պատրաստակամություն հայտնել վաղաժամկետ լքել իր պաշտոնը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նա հայտարարել Է ազգին հղած հեռուստատեսային ուղերձում:
«Մեկ անգամ եւս ժողովրդից ներողություն եմ խնդրում անկեղծ չլինելու համար»,-ասել Է նա, նշելով, որ իր հետագա ճակատագիրը պետք Է վճռի երկրի խորհրդարանը:
«Ես առաջարկում եմ խորհրդարանին՝ վճռել իմ ապագան, ներառյալ իմ նախագահության ժամկետի կրճատումը»,-ընդգծել Է նախագահը:
Այդպիսով՝ Պան Կըն Հեն ակնարկել Է, որ պատրաստ Է պաշտոնաթող լինել, եթե Ազգային ժողովը քվեարկի իր պաշտոնազրկման օգտին: Օրենքով այդ որոշումն այնուհետեւ պետք Է հաստատի Սահմանադրական դատարանը, սակայն, ինչպես հասկանալ Է տվել երկրի ղեկավարը, նա չի սպասի դատարանի վճռին եւ կամավոր կթողնի պաշտոնը:
Հարավային Կորեայի դատախազությունը նոյեմբերի 20-ին հետաքննության միջանկյալ արդյունքներ Է տարածել Չխվե Սուն Սիլի՝ Պակ Կըն Հեի մտերիմ ընկերուհու գործով: Դրանց համաձայն՝ Չխվե Սուն Սիլին, ինչպես նաեւ նախագահի վարչակազմի երկու նախկին աշխատակիցների մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրված կոռուպցիայի, կաշառաշորթության եւ ծառայողական լիազորությունների չարաշահման մեջ: Համարվում Է, որ նրանք ստիպել են 50-ից ավելի հարավկորեական ընկերությունների տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարներ փոխանցել Չխվե Սուն Սիլի կողմից վերահսկվող երկու հիմնադրամներ, որոնք հատուկ ստեղծeել են այդ նպատակով: Քննիչների կարծիքով, Պակ Կըն Հեն առնվազն տեղյակ Է եղել ընկերուհու եւ իր ենթակաների այդ գործողություններին եւ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ինքն Էլ Է մասնակցել դրանց:
Ինչպես հայտնել Է Gallup Korea հետազոտական ծառայությունը, Պակ Կըն Հեի վարկանիշն ընկել Է մինչեւ 4 տոկոս: Հասարակական կարծիքի անցկացված հարցումը ցույց Է տվել պետության ղեկավարի աջակցման ռեկորդային ցածր մակարդակն այն դեպքում, երբ նրա գործունեությունից դժգոհ քաղաքացիների թիվը հասել Է 93 տոկոսի, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
