Թեյի ճիշտ պատրաստման ձևը

Թեյ խմել սիրում ենք բոլորս, սակայն այն ոչ միշտ ենք ճիշտ պատրաստում:
Նախ և առաջ պետք է նշել, որ թեյը չի կարելի պատրաստել մոտավորապես: Այս գործում անհրաժեշտ է լինել մանրակրկիտ և հետևողական:
Չոր թեյը ճիշտ պահելու համար անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել ապակյա ամուր փակվող հատուկ տարաներ, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալիս թեյը պահպանել չոր վիճակում և չեն փոխանցում ուրիշ հոտեր: Թեյը չի կարելի պահել թղթի մեջ։
Հաշվի առնելով, որ թեյը շատ շուտ է խոնավություն և հոտեր քաշում, ապա աշխատեք այն պահել չոր, մութ, հով տեղում, հոտավետ նյութերից հեռու: Խորհուրդ չի տրվում թեյը բաց վիճակում թողնել այնտեղ, որտեղ այդ պահին մաքրվում է ձուկ, սոխ, սխտոր, միս: Այս պայմաններում չոր թեյը կարելի է պահպանվել տարիներով:
Թեյի համար օգտագործվող ջուրը պետք չէ երկար եռացնել: Այն պետք է հասնի եռման աստիճանի:
Թեյնիկը, որի մեջ պետք է պատրաստվի թուրմը, անհրաժեշտ է տաքացնել: Չոր թեյը լցնել թեյնիկի մեջ և ավելացնել եռացրած ջուր: Սկզբում լցնել այնքան ջուր, որ այն ծածկի թեյը: Փակել կափարիչով, հետո ծածկել սրբիչով: Այդպես թողնել 3-15 րոպե, որից հետո ավելացնել եռացրած ջուր:
Եթե թեյի վրա փրփուր է առաջանում, ուրեմն ճիշտ է պատրաստված: Խառնեք թուրմը գդալով: Թեյի թուրմը հարկավոր է օգտագործել մեկ ժամվա ընթացքում, չի կարելի թողնել երկրորդ օրվան:
