Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը պատգամավորներին խնդրեց կուսակցությունների ֆինանսավորման եղանակը փոխելու բանաձև ներկայացնել

 ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը համաձայն է պատգամավորների հնչեցրած մտքին, որ կուսակցությունների ֆինանսավորման ձևը փոխելու անհրաժեշտություն կա: Ազգային ժողովում «Կուսակցությունների մասին» օրենքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը պատգամավորներին խնդրեց օրենքի նախագծի առաջինից երկրորդ ընթերցման ժամանակ ներկայացնել բանաձևեր: «Ես համաձայն եմ քաղա քական ուժերի հետ, որ հարկավոր է փոխել կուսակցությունների ֆինանսավորման եղանակը, որը կա գործող օրենքում և կա նաև քննարկվող օրենքի նախագծում: Այստեղ համահարթեցման սկզբունք է դրված, և շատ ճիշտ են ասում քաղաքական ուժերը, որ տարբերակում պետք է դրվի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նախարարը հավելեց, որ ֆինանսավորման տարբերակումը տարբեր երկրներում իրականում հավաքած քվեներն են, դա է դրվում բարձր կամ ցածր ֆինանսավորման հիմքում: «Այս տեսանկյունից դուք շատ լավ առաջարկ եք ներկայացնում, բայց այդ ամենը չի կարող մեխանիկորեն լինել: Ես խնդրում եմ ինձ բանաձև ներկայացնել, թե ինչպես կարող ենք անել դա»,- նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ օրենքի նախագծի ընդունումը ենթադրում է, որ կուսակցությունների գործունեության գնահատականը չի տալու պետությունը, գնահատականը չի հնչեցնելու արդարադատության նախարարությունը կամ որևէ այլ պետական մարմին, գնահատականը հնչեցնելու է ընտրողը: «Մենք չենք ցանկանում միջամտել, տեսնել քանի անդամ ունի կուսակցությունը, չենք ասելու, որ պետք է լուծարվի»,- նշեց նախարարը:
