«Համեստ» Նազարբաևի «համեստ» ցանկությունը

Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ղազախստանի բռնապետ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը հարցազրույց է տվել ռուսաստանյան «Pоссия 24»-ին և իր կարծիքը հայտնել վերջերս հանրապետությունում ակտիվ քննարկման արժանացած մի քանի պատգամավորների այն առաջարկի մասին, որ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևի անունով վերանվանվեն երկրի մայրաքաղաք Աստանան. «Աստանան արժանի է, որ այդ քաղաքը կոչվի Ղազախստանի նախագահի անունով, ով քաղաքի հիմնադիրն է։ Քաղաքը կարելի անվանել Նազարբաև կամ Նուրսուլթան»,- իր կարծիքն է հայտնել Նազարբաևի անձնական ստրուկ, Նազարբաևի անձնական կուսակցության «Նուր Օթանց»-ը ներկայացնող պատգամավոր Քանիշ Սուլթանովը։ Ի պատասխան այս առաջարկին՝ միջինասիական երկրների բռնապետներից «ամենահամեստը»՝ Ն.Նազարբաևը սկզբից դեմ արտահայտվեց այս մտքին, սակայն հիմա փոխել է իր կարծիքը. «Ուր գնում ես, բոլորը գիտեն Աստանան։ Հետևաբար անհրաժեշտություն չկա անվանափոխելու։ Ես հիմա դրա անհրաժեշտությունը չեմ տեսնում։ Բայց ով գիտի, ինձանից հետո հաջորդ սերունդների ժամանակ պատմական նախադրյալներ ստեղծվեն քաղաքի անվանափոխության համար, տեսնենք»,- ասել է Նազարբաևը։ Այսինքն՝ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը դեմ չէ, որ երկրի մայրաքաղաքն ապագայում կոչվի իր անունով։ 1989 թ-ից Ղազախստանը «երկաթյա» ճիրաններում պահող Նազարբաևը չի ուզում հետ մնալ իր վաղամեռիկ գործընկերներից՝ թուրքմեն Նիյազովից, ով իրեն հռչակել էր Թուրքմենբաշի՝ թուրքմենների հայր, ուզբեկ Քարիմովից, ով իրեն աստվածացրել էր կյանքի օրոք։ Սրանց իր խելագարությամբ չի զիջում նաև նախկին ԽՍՀՄ հանրապետություններից ամենաաղքատի՝ Տաջիկստանի ցմահ նախագահ Ռահմոնը, ով վերջերս իրեն հռչակել է ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս «ազգի առաջնորդ՝ աշխարհի և ազգային միաբանության հիմնադիր»։
Ի դեպ՝ Ղազախստանի օրենսդիր մարմի բոլոր պատգամավորները ներկայացնում են Նազարբաևի կուսակցությունը։ Ղազախստանում ընդդիմություն չկա։
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Ն.Նազարբաևի՝ Աստանայի հիմնադիր լինելուն, ապա նշեմ, որ Ակմոլինսկը՝ ապագա Աստանան, հիմնադրվել է դեռ 1830 թ-ին, իսկ քաղաքի կարգավիճակ է ստացել 1862 թ-ին, երբ ղազախ ազգը որպես այդպիսին ՉԿԱՐ։ 1961թ-ին այն վերանվանվել է Ցելինոգրադի, իսկ 1992-98 թթ-ին կոչվել է Ակմոլա։ Ու հիմա պնակալեզ և ստրկամիտ ղազախ երեսփոխանները 1830 թ-ին հիմնադրված քաղաքի «հեղինակ» են անվանում Նազարբաևին։ Պատմություն կեղծելը բնորոշ է նորաթուխ ազգերին, ինչպիսիք են իրենց ադրբեջանցի, ղազախ, ղրղըզ անվանողները
