Ուկրաինայի գլխավոր դատախազը պետական դավաճանության մեղադրանք ներկայացրեց Յանուկովիչին

Ուկրաինայի գլխավոր դատախազ Յուրի Լուցենկոն մեղադրանք Է ներկայացրել հանրապետության նախկին նախագահ Վիկտոր Յանուկովիչին, տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը:
«Դուք կասկածվում եք պետական դավաճանության, Ուկրաինայի սահմանները փոփոխելու նպատակով Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներին օժանդակելու, Ուկրաինայի Սահմանադրությունը խախտելու եւ ագրեսիվ պատերազմ սանձազերծելու մեջ»,-հայտարարել Է նա՝ օգտվելով դատարանի նիստի տեխնիկական ընդմիջումից, որտեղ Յանուկովիչը Դոնի Ռոստովից տեսակապով որպես վկա պետք Է հանդես գա 2014 թվականին «մայդանի» իրադարձությունների շուրջ:
Բացի այդ, Լուցենկոն Յանուկովիչին մեղադրել Է պետությանը վնաս պատճառելու մեջ, որը 1 տրլն 80 մլրդ գրիվնա գումարի կորուստներ Է բերել:
Լուցենկոն ընդգծել Է, որ մեղադրանքը ներկայացնում Է բանավոր ձեւով, ընդ որում՝ հավելելով, որ «փաստաթուղթը հանձնվում Է Յանուկովիչի փաստաբանին»: Գլխավոր դատախազի հայտարարությունից հետո Ուկրաինայի զինվորական դատախազության ներկայացուցիչները նախկին նախագահի՝ Կիեւի Սվյատոշինյան շրջանային դատարանում գտնվող փաստաբաններին հանձնել են մեղադրանքի տեքստի պատճենը: Գրավոր տեքստը, ինչպես խոստացել Է Լուցենկոն, նոյեմբերի 28-ին կուղարկվի Ռուսաստանում Յանուկովիչի բնակության բոլոր հայտնի հասցեներով:
Պարզաբանելով իր գործողությունները՝ Լուցենկոն լրագրողներին հայտարարել Է, որ մեղադրանքները կառուցվում են Ռուսաստանի նախագահին Յանուկովիչի՝ 2014 թվականի մարտի 1-ի գրավոր դիմումի փաստի վրա, որում նա խնդրում Է ռուսական զինված ուժեր օգտագործել խաղաղությունն ու իրավակարգը վերականգնելու նպատակով:
Կիեւի Սվյատոշինյան շրջանային դատարանը Ուկրաինայի նախկին նախագահին որպես պաշտպանության վկա Է լսում «Բերկուտ» հատուկ ստորաբաժանման նախկին աշխատակիցների դեմ դատավարությունում: Ուկրաինայի գլխավոր դատախազությունը «Բերկուտ»-ի մարտիկներին մեղադրում Է 2014 թվականի փետրվարին «եվրամայդանի» օրերին մարդկանց գնդակահարությունների մեջ:
Նիստը պետք Է տեղի ունենա նոյեմբերի 25-ին, բայց այն հարկ եղավ հետաձգել այն պատճառով, որ ուկրաինական կողմը չկարողացավ դատարան բերել մեղադրյալներին, քանի որ հետաքննչական մեկուսարանի շենքը, որտեղ պահվում են «Բերկուտ» հատուկ ստորաբաժանման նախկին մարտիկները, շրջափակել Էին արմատականները: Ուկրաինայի ՆԳ նախարար Արսեն Ավագովը հայտարարել Է, որ ոստիկանությունը չի միջամտում այդ իրադրության, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
