Աշոտ Ղուլյանն ընդունել է Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակի անդամներին

ԼՂՀ ԱԺնախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նոյեմբերի 28-ին ընդունել է Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակի անդամներ Էրվան Բինեին և Ժակ Ռեմիլյեին: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ շրջանակի ստեղծումից ի վեր նոր հնարավորություններ են ի հայտ եկել երկու երկրների խորհրդարանների պատգամավորների միջև՝ հարաբերությունները բարեկամական մակարդակի բարձրացնելու համար և այդ հանգամանքը թույլ կտա ավելի շատ սպասումներ ունենալ Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակի ծրագրերից:
«Ապրիլյան ռազմական գործողությունների առաջին ժամերից մենք զգացինք ֆրանսիացի բարեկամների անկեղծ մտահոգությունն ու աջակցելու պատրաստակամությունը: Այն արտահայտվեց նրանց ընդունած հայտարարություններում, տարբեր հարթակներում ունեցած ելույթներում, ինչպես նաև մեր ֆրանսիացի բարեկամների մի մասի՝ Արցախ այցելությամբ: Այդպիսի հարաբերությունները հատուկ են միայն շատ վստահելի բարեկամների միջև և դրանք շատ թանկ են մեզ համար»,- նշել է Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:
Էրվան Բինեն, ով ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովում մարդու իրավունքների հանձնաժողովի անդամ է, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով խորհրդարանի նախագահին ընդունելության համար, ընդգծել է, որ իրենք պատրաստակամ են աջակցել ֆրանսիայի հետ ժողովրդավարության նույն արժեքներին ձգտող և դրանք իրագործող երկրին:
«Շատ ուրախ եմ այստեղ գտնվելու համար և անչափ հետաքրքրված եմ խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության շարունակականությունն ու զարգացումն ապահովելու և այն զարգացնելու գաղափարով»,- նկատել է Էրվան Բինեն:
2014թ.-ին Վիեն-Հադրութ բարեկամության հռչակագիրը ստորագրած Ժակ Ռեմիլյեն նշել է, որ ամեն անգամ Ղարաբաղ այցելելով նկատում է տարբեր բնագավառներում կատարվող բարեփոխումները:
«Երջանիկ եմ գտնվել մի երկրում, որը ժողովրդավարության տուն է հիշեցնում և որտեղ տեղի են ունենում օրենքի տառին համապատասխան ընտրություններ»,- հավելել է Վիեն քաղաքի նախկին քաղաքապետը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը անդրադարձ են կատարել Արցախում ֆրանկոֆոնիայի զարգացման թեմային և խոսել են հետագա համագործակցության հեռանկարների մասին՝ ինչպես խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության շրջանակում, այնպես էլ՝ օրենսդրական դաշտում փորձի փոխանակման հնարավորությունների համատեքստում:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էր նաև ԱԺ պաշտպանության, անվտանգության և օրինապահպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի տեղակալ Լեռնիկ Հովհաննիսյանը և Ֆրանսիա–Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակին անդամներին ուղեկցող Ժոզեֆ Փափազյանը:
