Դատարանն օրինական ճանաչեց Ուլյուկաեւի տնային կալանքը

Մոսկվայի քաղաքային դատարանն օրինական Է ճանաչել ՌԴ-ի տնտեսական զարգացման նախկին նախարար Ալեքսեյ Ուլյուկաեւի տնային կալանքը, որը մեղադրվում Է կոռուպցիայի մեջ, տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով «Ինտերֆաքս»-ին:
«Մինչեւ 2017 թվականի հունվարի 15-ը մեղադրյալ Ուլյուկաեւի նկատմամբ տնային կալանքի տեսքով խափանման միջոցի ընտրության մասին Բասմանյան շրջանային դատարանի որոշումը թողնել առանց փոփոխության, փաստաբաններ Գրիդնեւի եւ Կաշտանովայի վճռափոխության գանգատն՝ առանց բավարարման»,- ասված Է դատավոր Լարիսա Պոլյակովայի որոշման մեջ, որը հրապարակվել Է նոյեմբերի 28-ին:
Տնտեսական զարգացման նախկին նախարարի տնային կալանքի մասին վճիռը մտել Է օրինական ուժի մեջ:
Այսպիսով, Ուլյուկաեւին պաշտպանող կողմին մերժվել Է նրան ցերեկը եւ երեկոյան ամենօրյա մեկժամյա զբոսանքների տրամադրման մասին, բժիշկների կանոնավոր բուժզննումների միջնորդության բավարարումը: Մերժվել Է նաեւ զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների հետ շփման կամ թեկուզեւ մեկ հեռախոսային հարցազրույցի հնարավորությունը:
Ուլյուկաեւը տնային կալանքի տակ Է մնում առանց քննիչի թույլտվության իր բնակարանը լքելու, որեւիցե մեկի հետ շփվելու հնարավորության, բացի մերձավոր հարազատներից, փաստաբաններից, քննիչներից եւ Պատիժների կատարման համերկրային ծառայության աշխատակիցներից, կապի միջոցներից օգտվելու հնարավորության, բացի անհետաձգելի «շտապ օգնության» կանչերից:
Նոյեմբերի լույս 15-ի գիշերը ՌԴ-ի Քննչական կոմիտեն հաղորդել Է Ուլյուկաեւի նկատմամբ քրեական գործ հարուցելու մասին: Նրան առաջադրվել են պետական պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձի կողմից կաշառք ստանալու մեղադրանքներ՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափով կաշառքի շորթմամբ (ՌԴ Քրեական օրենսգրքի հոդված 290, մաս 6): Մոսկվայի Բասմանյան դատարանը նոյեմբերի 15-ի երեկոյան Ուլյուկաեւին ուղարկել Է տնային կալանքի մինչեւ հունվարի 15-ը:
