Մեծ Բրիտանիայում վեճ Է ծավալվել ԵՄ-ի միասնական շուկայից դուրս գալու շուրջ

 Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կառավարությունում կատաղի վեճեր են բորբոքվում այն հարցի շուրջ, թե Եվրամիությունից դուրս գալուց հետո Միացյալ Թագավորությունը կմնա արդյոք եվրոպական միասնական շուկայի մասնակից:

Իրավաբանների կարծիքով՝ ԵՄ-ից դուրս գալը նշանակում Է, որ երկիրն ինքնաբերաբար բացառվում Է Եվրոպական տնտեսական գոտուց (ԵՏԳ), տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:   

Կառավարությունում պնդում են, որ ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության դադարեցումը նշանակում Է միության հիմքի վրա ստեղծված բոլոր կազմակերպություններին անդամակցության դադարեցում:

1994 թվականին ստեղծված տնտեսական գոտին ներառում Է Եվրամիության բոլոր երկրներին եւ Ազատ առեւտրի եվրոպական ասոցիացիայի չորս երկրներից երեքին՝ Իսլանդիային, Նորվեգիային եւ Լիխտեյնշտեյնին:  

Եվրոպական տնտեսական գոտու երկրների միջեւ սահմանված են ապրանքների եւ ծառայությունների, աշխատանքային ռեսուրսների եւ կապիտալի ազատ տեղաշարժման ապահովման պահանջներ:

Եթե բրիտանական դատարանն իրավունք ընձեռի որոշում ընդունել ԵՏԳ-ին անդամակցության առթիվ, ապա խորհրդարանականները կարող են քվեարկել այն բանի օգտին, որ երկիրն ազատ առեւտրի գոտում մնա մինչեւ ԵՄ-ի անդամ երկրների հետ երկարաժամկետ համաձայնագիր կնքելու պահը: 

Հարցը, որն այժմ պետք Է լուծվի դատական կարգով, այն Է, թե արդյոք Բրիտանիան ԵՏԳ-ի անդամ Է որպես ինքնուրույն պետություն կամ բացառապես որպես Եվրամիության անդամ:

Ավելի վաղ Լոնդոնի Բարձր ատյանի դատարանը որոշում Էր ընդունել, որ կառավարությունը չի կարող հայտարարել Լիսաբոնի պայմանագրի 50-րդ հոդվածը (պաշտոնապես գործարկում Է Եվրամիությունից դուրս գալու ընթացակարգը) գործի դնելու մասին՝ առանց խորհրդարանի հավանության:

Կառավարությունը պնդում Էր, որ իրավասու Է նման որոշում ընդունել առանց խորհրդարանի հետ խորհրդակցելու` հիմնվելով միայն անցած հունիսին անցկացված հանրաքվեի արդյունքների վրա:
