Կուրսանտի սպանության գործով վկան դատարանից տեղափոխվեց հիվանդանոց

Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի կուրսանտ Հայկազ Բարսեղյանի սպանության գործով դատական նիստն ընդհատվել էր վկայի կարգավիճակ ունեցող Սամվել Սերոբյանի առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով: Դատական նիստին, նախքան հարցաքննությունը, Սամվել Սերոբյանը հայտարարեց, որ ի վիճակի չէ հարցերին պատասխանել: Վկայի համար դատարան հրավիրվեց շտապօգնության ծառայություն, և դատական նիստն ընդմիջվեց:
Որոշ ժամանակ անց դատական նիստը մեկնարկեց և դատավոր Դավիթ Հարությունյանը հայտնեց, որ շտապօգնության ծառայության բժիշկները որոշում են կայացրել Սամվել Սերոբյանին հոսպիտալացնել:
Դատարանը նաև հայտնեց, որ վկայի կարգավիճակ ունեցող Նորայր Օհանջանյանի անունից դատարանը գրություն էր ստացել, որ առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով ի վիճակի չէ ներկայանալ դատական նիստին և խնդրել էր նախաքննության ընթացքում տված իր ցուցմունքը համարել օրինավոր:
Ընդմիջման ընթացքում դատարանը Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանին ծանուցել էր դատարան ներկայացնել մեկ այլ վկայի՝ Ավետիս Նահապետյանին: Վկան ներկայացավ դատարան:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ քրեական գործի մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Գնել Թևոսյանին, Նորիկ Սահակյանին,Վաչե Սահակյանին և Մովսես Ազարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նրանք 2015թ. հունվարի 29-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ից 03:00-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ 24236 զորամասի առաջին գումարտակի առաջին մարտկոցի թիվ 408 ննջարանում առանձնակի դաժանությամբ, խուլիգանական դրդումներով սպանել են Հայկազ Արկադի Բարսեղյանին:
Վարազդատ Սաֆարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ 24236 զորամասի 1 գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին մարտկոցի կուրսանտ, 2014թ. նոյեմբերի 16-ին՝ ժամը 21.00-ի սահմաններում, նույն մարտկոցի կուրսանտ Տ.Մանասերյանին շարքում խոսելու համար դիտողություն անելուց և վերջինիս կողմից հակադարձում ստանալուց հետո, Վաչե Սահակյանի, Մովսես Ազարյանի հետ միասին, մի խումբ անձանցով, խախտելով ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ներքին ծառայության կանոնագրքի 13, 16, 65 հոդվածը, ծեծի են ենթարկել Մանասերյանին, բացի այդ, 2015թ. հունվարին լսարանում խոսելու համար ծեծի է ենթարկել համածառայակից Արտուշ Սիմոնյանին:
