Հայաստանը կարծես միտք ունի թարմացնել ու ավելացնել իր հարվածային ուղղաթիռների պարկը

Ալեն Ղևոնդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 28-ին, Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակներում Ռուսաստանում այցելել է ուղղաթիռներ արտադրող «Ռոսվերտոլ» ընկերություն: Սա բավական կարևոր ու հետաքրքիր տեղեկատվություն է, քանզի կարծես սկզբում նման հանդիպում նախատեսված չի եղել, կամ դրա մասին գոնե չի հրապարակվել:
Բանակի վերազինման ու պաշտպանական բարեփոխումների օրակարգում ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարի նման հանդիպումը կարող է նշանակել առնվազն երկու բան՝ կամ ՀՀ-ն պատրաստվում է մոդեռնիզացնել ռազմական ուղղաթիռների իր պարկը, կամ, որն ավելի հավանական է, ձեռք բերել նորերը:
Հիշեցնեմ, որ ըստ բաց աղբյուրների ՀՀ-ն այս պահին իր տրամադրության տակ ունի 11 Ми-24 П տիպի հարվածային ուղղաթիռներ: ԼՂՀ-ն կարծես ևս 4-ը: Ադրբեջանն էականորեն ավելի շատ:
Ներկայումս հայ-ռուսական ռազմաքաղաքական համագործակցության կոնտեքստում սա կարևոր ու անհրաժեշտ քայլ է: Քայլը, մյուս կողմից, նաև ինտրիգային է այն առումով, որ վերջերս ՌԴ-ն որոշել է իր ռազմատեխնիկական պայմանագրերի ու մատակարարումների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը դարձնել հրապարակման ոչ ենթակա: Այսինքն, եթե մենք ուղղաթիռներ ձեռք բերենք, ապա դրանց քանակական ու տիպատեսակային բնութագրերը շատ երկրների՝ այդ թվում մեզ համար ոչ բարիդրացիների համար կարող են լինել փակ:
Եթե ռազմաքաղաքական ու ռազմատեխնիկական բարեփոխումների ու վերազինման գործընթացը գնա նման ուղղությամբ ու նման ինտենսիվությամբ այդ թվում՝ այլ զինտեխնիկայի մասով վերազինման հարթակներում, ապա, կարծում եմ, հզորության ամենատարբեր բաղադրիչների առումով մենք ունակ կարող ենք լինել հակադարձելու արդեն նաև ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանին:
