Հարավային Կորեայի ընդդիմությունը պլանավորում Է նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեի պաշտոնազրկման հարցի շուրջ քվեարկությունը խորհրդարանում անցկացնել դեկտեմբերի 2-ին: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը, նոյեմբերի 28-ին հայտնել են երկրի երկու խոշորագույն ընդդիմադիր ուժերի՝ «Տոբուրո&raq uo; Դեմոկրատական կուսակցության եւ Ժողովրդական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները:

«Մինչեւ չորեքշաբթի մենք կպատրաստենք պաշտոնազրկման մասին օրենքի տարբերակը եւ այն կներկայացնենք խորհրդարանին: Ենթադրում ենք, որ դրա շուրջ քվեարկությունը կարող Է կայանալ արդեն դեկտեմբերի 2-ին»,-ասված Է նրանց կողմից տարածված հայտարարության մեջ:

Կուսակցությունները մտադիր են նախագահին իշխանությունից զրկելու գլխավոր փաստարկների թվում նշել «Պակ Կըն Հեի կողմից Սահմանադրության խախտումները», ինչպես նաեւ «կաշառակերությունը, իշխանության չարաշահումը եւ պետական գաղտնիքի հրապարակումը»:

Ինչպես նոյեմբերի 27-ին հայտնել Է Realmeter սոցիոլոգիական ծառայությունը, նախագահի շուրջ ծավալված կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի ֆոնին Հարավային Կորեայի բնակչության կողմից «Սենուրի» կառավարող կուսակցության աջակցման մակարդակը մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ընկել Է 2,8 տոկոսային կետով՝ մինչեւ 16,2 տոկոս:

Նրա տվյալներով՝ «կառավարող կուսակցության ժողովրդականության անկման ֆոնին բարձրացել Է ընդդիմության աջակցման մակարդակը»: Այսպես, «Տոբուրո» Դեմոկրատական կուսակցության նկատմամբ այն բարձրացել Է 2,5 տոկոսային կետով՝ մինչեւ 33 տոկոս, նշել Է ծառայությունը:

Հարավային Կորեայի դատախազությունը նոյեմբերի 20-ին հետաքննության միջանկյալ արդյունքներ Է տարածել Չխվե Սուն Սիլի՝ Պակ Կըն Հեի մտերիմ ընկերուհու գործով: Դրանց համաձայն՝ Չխվե Սուն Սիլին, ինչպես նաեւ նախագահի վարչակազմի երկու նախկին աշխատակիցների մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրված կոռուպցիայի, կաշառաշորթության եւ ծառայողական լիազորությունների չարաշահման մեջ: Համարվում Է, որ նրանք ստիպել են 50-ից ավելի հարավկորեական ընկերությունների տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարներ փոխանցել Չխվե Սուն Սիլի կողմից վերահսկվող երկու հիմնադրամներ, որոնք հատուկ ստեղծել են այդ նպատակով: Քննիչների կարծիքով, Պակ Կըն Հեն առնվազն տեղյակ Է եղել ընկերուհու եւ իր ենթակաների այդ գործողություններին եւ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ինքն Էլ Է մասնակցել դրանց: Հարավային Կորեայի Սահմանադրության համաձայն, գործող նախագահի նկատմամբ կարելի Է քրեական գործ հարուցել միայն հայրենիքի դավաճանության հոդվածով: Հարավային Կորեայի առաջնորդի վարչակազմում դատախազության մեղադրանքները համարել են մերկապարանոց եւ չապացուցված:
