Շիրակում աշնանացան ցորենի ցանքատարածությունները նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նվազել են

Շիրակում նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նվազել է աշնանացան ցորենի ցանքատարածությունը: Հիմնական պատճառը ցորենի սերմացուի ծրագիրն իրականացնել չկարողանալն է՝ համայնքների նախորդ տարիների պարտքերի պատճառով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության վարչության պետ Մովսես Մանուկյանը: «Պարտքերը պատճառ դարձան, որ այս տարի չիրականացվեց սերմացուի տրամադրման պետական ծրագիրը՝ պետությունը 5 տարի այդ ծրագրի շրջանակում, վերադարձելիության պայման վ, մարզերին տրամադրում էր սերմացու, սակայն շատ համայնքներ այդ վերադարձելիությունը՝ գումարի տեսքով, չեն իրականացրել՝ կուտակելով պարտքեր: Մարզում պարտքեր կան կուտակված 2011-2012 թվականից սկսած:
Ընդհանուր պարտքը կազմել է 200 միլիոն դրամ, որից մոտ 80 միլիոնը հավաքվել է: Հիմա մոտ 120 միլիոն դրամի պարտք ունենք: ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման նախարարի հրամանով պարտքատեր շահառուների ցուցակն ուղարկվել է նախարարություն: Մենք էլ ենք շահագրգռված, որ պարտքը մինչև վերջին լուման հավաքենք, քանի որ այդ ծրագիրն ամենահաջողված ու գյուղատնտեսության համար նպաստավ որ ծրագրերից մեկն է: Մարզն այս ծրագրի արդյունավետությունը զգաց միանշանակ: Ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ այդ ծրագիրը կրկին կյանքի կոչվի»,-նշեց Մովսես Մանուկյանը:
Չնայած աշնանացանի նվազմանը, 2016 թվականին արտադրված հացահատիկի համախառն բերքն ընդհանուր առմամբ մոտ 7 հազար տոննայով ավելի է նախորդ տարվանից, կարտոֆիլի բերքը ևս մոտ 5 հազար տոննայով ավելի կլինի: Այս մասին տեղեկացրեց մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության վարչության պետը: Այս պահին դեռ վարչությունը չի ամփոփել միայն բանջարաբոստանային կուլտուրաներին վերաբերող տվյալները, մարզում կաղամբի բերքահավաքը դեռ շարունակվում է: «Մեր ունեցած տվյալներով, այս եղ մոտ 3 հազար տոննայից ավելի բերք կունենանք»,-նշեց պատասխանատուն՝ հավելելով, որ տարին գյուղատնտեսության համար բարենպաստ էր՝ չնայած որոշ համայնքներ տուժեցին կարկտահարությունից:
Ինչ մնում է պարտքերի փակմանը՝ դրա համար վերջնաժամկետ է նշանակված դեկտեմբերի 10-ը, իսկ եթե համայնքները չմարեցին այդ պարտքը՝ դա կարվի իրավական կարգով: «Կա գրաֆիկ, ըստ որի շատ համայնքներ պարտքերը կփակեն մինչև դեկտեմբերի 10-ը: Մարզում նմանատիպ համայնքները 13-ն են: Դրանցից մեկն արդեն փակել է իր պարտքը:
