Լուծվել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում սննդամթերքն անհիմն թափելու խնդիրը

Լուծում է տրվել տասնամյակներ շարունակ քրեակատարողական համակարգի առջև ծառացած պատրաստի սննդամթերքը անհիմն թափելու հիմնախնդրին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը:
«ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության նախաձեռնությամբ մշակվել և 2015 թվականի հունիսի 9-ին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի հրամանով հաստատվել են նոր իրավական չափորոշիչներ՝ անազատության մեջ գտնվող անձանց օրական տրվող սննդի չափաքանակի, սննդամթերքի ցանկի, ճաշացուցակի և որակի նկատմամբ արդյունավետ հսկողություն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ»,- ասաց Քրմոյանը:
Արդարադատության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալը նշեց, որ հիշյալ հրամանով առաջին անգամ սահմանվել է հստակ իրավական ընթացակարգ, համաձայն որի` անազատության մեջ գտնվող անձանց անհրաժեշտ սննդամթերքի ցանկում նշվում է միայն այն անձանց թվաքանակը, ովքեր նշված օրը պետք է ապահովվեն սննդով:
«Կարևոր է արձանագրել, որ գործընթացը սկիզբ է դրվել 2015 թվականի վերջերին և ամսական միջին հաշվով ամենօրյա սննդից հրաժարվողների թիվը տատանվել է 200 անձի սահմաններում, ինչը գրեթե կրկնակի ավելացել է 2016 թվականի ընթացքում»,- եզրափակեց Քրմոյանը:
