Երազների գաղտնիքը. ի՞նչ է տեղի ունենում քնած ժամանակ մարդու հոգու հետ

Հնդկացիները կարողանում էին մեկնաբանել երազները ոչ պակաս, քան ժամանակակից հոգեթերապևտներն ու բժիշկները։ ԱՄՆ տարածքի բնիկ ժողովուրդների համար երազները միշտ էլ եղել են նրանց մշակույթի կարևորագույն տարրերից մեկը։ Նրանք մանկուց իրենց երեխաներին սովորեցնում էին հիշել երազները բոլոր մանրամասնություններով, որպեսզի հետագայում կարողանային օգտագործել երազների միջոցով ստացված գիտելիքները և ավելի լավ կարողանային ճանաչել սեփական ներքին աշխարհը։
Հնդկացիները հավատում են, որ քնած ժամանակ հոգու մի մասը լքում է մարմինը։ Նրանք կարծում են, որ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ ունի երեք հոգի։ Առաջին հոգին՝ էգոն է, այն արտահայտվում է շնչառությամբ։ Երկրորդ հոգին՝ մարմինն է, որն արթուն ժամանակ մարդուն էներգիա և կյանք է տալիս։ Եվ վերջապես երրորդ հոգին՝ ազատ հոգին է, որը լքում է մեր մարմինը, երբ մենք քնած ենք։ Այն ժամանակ, երբ մնացած երկուսը քնած են՝ նա շրջագայում է այլ տարածություններով և աշխարհներով։ Այստեղ նա կարող է բացել ապագայի շղարշը և կոնտակտի մեջ մտնել այլ հոգիների հետ։
