Նախարարների «հոսքը» դեպի հանրապետական կուսակցություն ավելի ու ավելի ակտիվ բնույթ է ստանում ՀՀԿ համագումարի նախօրեին։ Այս հոսքին ուղիղ համեմատական կարգով աճում է հայաստանյան մի շարք հասարակական շրջանակների անբացատրելի զարմանքը կամ ապշածությունը, կարծես թե այս կամ այն նախարարի հանրապետական դառնալը ծանր հարված էր յուրաքանչյուրի անձնական արմատական ծրագրերին։ Իհարկե, զարմանքին հաջորդում է «դե մենք այդպես էլ գիտեինք» մեծամիտ կիսաչարախնդությունը, կարծես՝ նախարարի կամ վարչապետի հանրապետական դառնալը տիեզերական մասշտաբի ինչ-որ իրողություն էր, որը հիմնովին փոխեց Հարաբերականության տեսության մի շարք կանոններ։

Այս համատարած դարձող պաթոլոգիկ զայրույթի ու դժգոհության ֆոնին ամենաբնական ու պարզ հարցը, որն առաջանում է, հետևյալն է, իսկ որ կուսակցությանը պետք է անդամակցեր  վարչապետը կամ որևէ նախարար, եթե ոչ Հանրապետականին, գուցե Ռամկավար-ազատականներին, կամ Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատներին կամ որևէ այլ նման կուսակցության։ Ակնհայտ չէր արդյոք, որ խորհրդարանական կառավարման մոդելի գնացող պետության վարչապետը պետք է ներկայացնի խորհրդարանական մեծամասնություն ունեցող կուսակցությունը, ակնհայտ չէր, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանի կառավարությունը հաստատել  է Հանրապետականի ղեկավար Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ Հանրապետական կուսակցության հետ։

Այս ակնհայտությունների ֆոնին ավելի պարզ, ավելի ենթադրելի ու օրինաչափ բան քան կառավարության անդամների հանրապետական դառնալն է, ներկայումս դժվար է գտնել։ Այստեղ միակ անտրամաբանականն այն է, որ որպես կանոն կուսակցական գործիչներն իրենց քաղաքական գործունեությամբ հասնում են որոշակի պաշտոնական դիրքի, մեզ մոտ հակառակ գործընթացն է, սակայն սա արդեն այլ խնդիր է և բխում է զուտ քաղաքական համակարգի բնույթից։

Նկատի ունենալով այն բոլոր զայրալից ու զարմացական հայտարարությունները Կարեն Կարապետյանի ու նախարարների Հանրապետական դառնալու կապակցությամբ, պետք է արձանագրենք, որ հայաստանյան համենայնդեպս մեդիա-հանրույթի մի ստվար հատվածը,  ի զորու չէ ադեկվատ կերպով գնահատել երկրում առկա և ձևավորվող քաղաքական իրողությունները։
