Գազի սակագնի նվազեցումը նախընտրական քա՞յլ է. «Ժողովուրդ»

ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի երեկվա նիստում քննարկվեց «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի սակագների սահմանման հարցը: Հանձնաժողովը միաձայն որոշեց «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ կողմից սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի նոր սակագները:
 
ՀԾԿՀ-ի երեկվա որոշմամբ՝ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ կողմից տարեկան սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների սպառողներին վաճառվող մինչեւ 600 խորանարդ մետր բնական գազի համար կսահմանվի 100 հազար դրամ վճար՝ ներառյալ ավելացված արժեքի հարկը, իսկ 600 խորանարդ մետրը գերազանցող բնական գազի համար՝ տարեկան 139 հազար դրամ, որը նախկինում 146 հազար 700 դրամ էր կազմում: Հանձնաժողովի նոր որոշման համաձայն՝ 10 հազար խ/մ-ից ավելի գազ սպառողները 1000 խ/մ-ի համար կվճարեն սահմանված բանաձեւով՝ մոտավորապես 114 հազար դրամ՝ գործող 122 հազարի փոխարեն:
 
Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող տնտեսությունները նույնպես կօգտվեն գազի նոր սակագնից: Տեղեկացնենք, որ սահմանված սակագները ուժի մեջ կմտնեն 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից: Ըստ այդմ, նոյեմբերի 1-ից մինչեւ մարտի 31-ը ներառյալ ժամանակահատվածի համար սպառված յուրաքանչյուր հազար խմ բնական գազի համար կսահմանվի 212 դոլարին համարժեք դրամ: Իսկ, ահա, ապրիլի 1-ից մինչեւ հոկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ժամանակահատվածի համար ջերմոցատերերը ամսական մինչեւ 10 հազար խմ սպառման դեպքում հազար խմ-ի համար կվճարեն 139 հազար դրամ: Բայց ամսական 10 հազար խմ եւ ավելի սպառման դեպքում նրանք սպառված յուրաքանչյուր հազար խմ բնական գազի համար կվճարեն 242.1 դոլարին համարժեք դրամ:
 
Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող վերամշակող՝ պահածոների, խմիչքների եւ կաթնամթերքի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող տնտեսվարողների համար նույնպես կգործեն այս սակագները: Նրանց վաճառվող բնական գազի սակագինը սպառված յուրաքանչյուր հազար խմ բնական գազի համար կկազմի 212 դոլարին համարժեք դրամ:
 
ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի՝ երեկ կայացրած որոշումը Հայաստանի պահածոյի, կաթնամթերքի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող մի շարք գործարարներ մեծ ոգեւորությամբ են ընդունել: Օրինակ՝ պահածոների եւ բնական հյութերի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող «Թամարա Ֆռուտ»-ի տնօրեն Բորիս Հովհաննիսյանը «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով ՀԾԿՀ-ի որոշմանը, նկատեց, որ իրենց ընկերությունը դրանից բավականին կշահի: «Եթե այսպես տեւական ժամանակ շարունակվի, ապա ընկերությունը դրանից միմիայն կշահի, հետեւաբար նաեւ՝ սպառողը»,- ներկայացրեց գործարարը: Բանն այն է, որ երբ ռուսական ռուբլու փոխարժեքի տատանումների հետ կապված ռուսաստանյան շուկայում անկայունություն ստեղծվեց, շատ արտահանող ընկերություններ բավականին վնասներ կրեցին: Իսկ գազի այս նոր սակագնի հետ կապված նրանք հույս ունեն, որ ինչ-որ չափով այդ կորուստները կվերադարձնեն:
