«ՀԺ». Ոստիկանությունն իր բալանսում գրանցված մեքենաները վաճառքի է հանել 4-5 հազար դրամով

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Այս տարվա մայիսին ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշեց կրճատել ծառայողական մեքենաների թիվը մոտ 800-ով: Արդեն անցել է 5 ամիս, սակայն կրճատված մեքենաների մեծ մասն աճուրդային կարգով չի վաճառվում: Պաշտոնական հրապարակումներից Armtimes.com-ն առանձնացրել է մի շարք մեքենաների աճուրդների չկայացած լինելու փաստերը:
Օրինակ՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանությանն ամրացված եւ հետագայում կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության աշխատակազմ պետական կառավարչական հիմնարկին փոխանցված եւ օտարման ենթակա գույքի ցանկում առկա 34 ավտոմեքենայից վաճառվել է ընդամենը 5-ը:
Վաճառված մեքենաներն են՝ «ՎԱԶ 21213», «ՈՒԱԶ-31514», «ՎԱԶ 2106», «ՎԱԶ 2121», «ԿԱՎԶ-3271»:
Այս մեքենաներից «ամենատարեցը» արտադրված է 1991 թվականին: Այսինքն՝ 25 տարեկան է: Կա նաեւ 2003 թվականի արտադրության մեքենա վաճառվածների մեջ: Մեքենաներից 2-ը վաճառվել են սեպտեմբերին, երկուսը՝ հոկտեմբերին եւ մեկը՝ նոյեմբերին: Սա էլ փաստում է, որ այդ մեքենաներն այնքան անպիտան են եւ անպիտան լինելով թանկ, որ որեւէ գնորդի չի գրավել այդ աճուրդը:
Ասվածի ապացույց կարող ենք նշել աճուրդի հանված ընդամենը մեկ մեքենա (մյուսները չնչին տարբերությամբ են վաճառքի հանվել): Օրինակ՝ «ՎԱԶ 21061» (պետհամարանիշը՝ 045 ՈՍ 07) ավտոմեքենան սեպտեմբերի 19-ին աճուրդի է հանվել օգոստոսի 18-ին գնահատված 15 հազար դրամ մեկնարկային գնով, այն չի վաճառվել աճուրդում, կրկին աճուրդի է հանվել է հոկտեմբերի 4-ին արդեն մեկնարկային 12 հազար դրամ գնով, հոկտեմբերի 19-ին՝ 9600 դրամով, նոյեմբերի 3-ին 7680 դրամով, նոյեմբերի 18-ին արդեն 6144 դրամով, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին սպասվող աճուրդում նույն մեքենային մեկնարկային գինը սահմանվել է 4916 դրամ, իսկ աճուրդի նախավճարը սահմանվել է 246 դրամ:
Այսինքն՝ քաղաքացին կարող է վճարել 246 դրամ, մասնակցել աճուրդին եւ եթե այլ մասնակիցներ չկան, ապա 4916 դրամով կամ 4920 դրամով գնի 1990 թվականին արտադրված մեքենան: Իսկ թե ինչո՞ւ մարդիկ չեն գնում այդ մեքենաները, պարզ է, դրանք անպետք են եւ ավելորդ բեռ, որը որպես կրճատում Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարությունն ամիսներ շարունակ բարձրաձայնում էր»:
