Ծխող հայտնիների թիվը տպավորիչ է. գործնականում բոլոր աստղերը կյանքում գոնե մեկ անգամ ծխել են, նրանցից շատերն էլ մոլի ծխողներ են: goodhouse.ru-ն ներկայացնում է, թե ինչն է հայտնիներին օգնել թողնել ծխելը:

Շատերին ծխելուց հրաժարվել ստիպում է մայր դառնալու ցանկությունը: Այդպես եղել է Ջուլիա Ռոբերթսի հետ, որը երկար տարիներ չի կարողացել հղիանալ, իսկ հիմա երկվորյակի մայր է:

Նրա օրինակին է հետևել Գվինեթ Փելթրոուն, որը մինչ այդ օրական 2 տուփ ծխախոտ է ծխել:

Ծխախոտից հրաժարվելուց հետո գիրանալու վախ կա: Այդպիսի խնդիր է ունեցել ֆոտոմոդել Ժիզել Բունդխենը, որն այդպիսի կասկածելի միջոցով պահպանել է իր կազմվածքը: Բայց 2007-ին նա որոշել է, որ առողջ ապրելակերպն ավելի օգտակար կլինի իր կազմվածքի համար: Նա իսկապես մի քանի կիլոգրամով գիրացել է, բայց հաջողությամբ հաղթահարել է դրանք:

Դերասանուհի Ջենիֆեր Էնիսթոնը ծխելուց հրաժարվել է առողջ ապրելակերպ վարելու և ձայնը կարգավորելու ցանկության պատճառով: Ծխելուց հրաժարվել և ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից ազատվել Ջենիֆերին օգնել է յոգան:

Գեղեցկուհի Պենելոպա Կրուզը որոշել է ծխելը թողնել հանուն սիրելիի, որը տանել չի կարողացել ծխող կանանց:

Դերասանուհի Շերոն Սթոունը 46 տարեկանում կաթված է տարել, մահվան շեմին է եղել: Հիվանդասենյակի մահճակալին նա որոշել է հրաժարվել ծխելուց և մյուս վնասակար սովորություններից:

Երգչուհի Փինքը ծխել սկսել է 9 տարեկանում, սակայն կարողացել է թողնել ծխելը: Փինքի խոսքով՝ իրեն օգնել են կամքի ուժն ու մտերիմների աջակցությունը՝ նա նրանց խնդրել է իր ներկայությամբ չխել:

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման, որը մոլի ծխող է եղել, իր նախընտրական արշավի ժամանակ խոստացել է ընտրվելու դեպքում թողնել ծխելը և կատարել է իր խոստումը:

Բրեդ Փրիթը ծխելը թողել է երկու անգամ: Առաջին անգամ՝ «Տրոյա» ֆիլմի նկարահանումներից առաջ, քանի որ նրա կերպարը մկաններ է պահանջել, որոնք ծխող մարդու դեպքում հնարավոր չէ ունենալ: Սակայն սովորությունը կրկնվել է: Ծխելուն վերջ տալ Փիթին օգնել է նրա կինը՝ Անջելինա Ջոլին՝ ասելով, որ հայրը պետք է օրինակ լինի երեխաների համար:
