Եվրոպայի 14 երկրների ԱԳ նախարարները կոչ են արել նոր երկխոսություն սկսել սպառազինությունների վերահսկողության շուրջը

Եվրոպայի 14 երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների ղեկավարները կոչ են արել նոր երկխոսություն սկսելու աշխարհամասում սովորական սպառազինությունների վերահսկողության շուրջը: Այս մասին, ինչպեստեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է նախաձեռնող խմբի համատե ղ հայտարարության մեջ, որը նոյեմբերի 25-ին հրապարակել Է Գերմանիայի ԱԳ նախարարությունը:  

«Մենք բոլոր պետություններին, որոնք համատեղ պատասխանատվություն են կրում Եվրոպայում անվտանգության պահպանման համար, կոչ ենք անում միանալ այս նախաձեռնությանը եւ կառուցողական երկխոսություն պահպանել սովորական սպառազինությունների վերահսկողության շուրջը»,- հետեւում Է փաստաթղթից: Հայտարարությունն ստորագրել են Բելգիայի, Բուլղարիայի, Գերմանիայի, Ֆինլանդիայի, Ֆրանսիայի, Իտալիայի, Նիդեռլանդների, Նովեգիայի, Ավստրիայի, Շվեդիայի, Շվեյցարիայի, Սլովակիայի, Իսպանիայի եւ Չեխիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարները:

Նախարարների կարծիքով՝ «ԵԱՀԿ-ի՝ Վիեննայի փաստաթուղթը (Վստահության եւ անվտանգության ամրապնդման միջոցների մասին) հիմնավոր նորացում Է պահանջում», իսկ Բաց երկնքի պայմանագրի դրույթները լիովին չեն կատարվում:

Արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները Եվրոպայում անվտանգության իրադրությունը բնորոշել են որպես «ավելի ու ավելի անկայուն» եւ կոչ են արել «վերականգնել ռազմավարական կայունությունը, զսպվածությունը, կանխատեսելիությունը եւ թափանցիկությունը, նվազեցնել ռազմական ռիսկերը», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
