ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը սպառիչ պատասխանել է ԼՂ վերաբերյալ ադրբեջանցի պատվիրակի հարցին

ՆԱՏՕ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նստաշրջանի ընթացքում դաշինքի գլխավոր քարտուղարը հստակ պատասխան է տվել ադրբեջանցի պատվիրակի հարցին, ով փորձել է ԼՂ հակամարտությունը ներկայացնել որպես տարածքային խնդիր Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև: Նոյեմբերի 25-ին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում հայաստանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար Կորյուն Նահապետյանը նշեց, որ ադրբեջանցիները ողջ նստաշրջանի ընթացքում փորձել են տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե ԼՂ հակամարտությունը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև տարածքային հակամարտություն է և այդ մասին պատվիրակներից մեկը հարց է հղել ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգին: ««ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի պատասխանը շատ հստակ էր: Նա նշեց, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի դիրքորոշումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հարցում չի փոխվել: ՆԱՏՕ-ն հակամարտության կարգավորմանը որևէ մասնակցություն չունի, ողջունում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափով ընթացող գործընթացը»,- ասաց Նահապետյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարն առաջին անգամ ընդգծել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-Հայաստան և ՆԱՏՕ-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունները որևէ կերպ պայմանավորված չեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությամբ: «Սա հստակ դիրքորոշում էր: Գլխավոր քարտուղարի պատասխանը հստակ էր և սպառիչ»,- ընդգծեց Կորյուն Նահապետյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակությունը հանձնաժողովների նիստերի ժամանակ էլ փորձեր է ձեռնարկել իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ տարածել: Նահապետյանը հայտնեց, որ բանաձևերի նախագծերից մեկում Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակությունն առաջարկել է ագրեսիայի և տարածքային ամբողջականության ձևակերպումներում ներառել նաև Ադրբեջանը որպես տուժած պետություն: «Սրա կապակցությամբ մեր, գլխավոր զեկուցողի պարզաբանումներից հետո բոլորի համար պարզ դարձավ, որ նման ձևակերպումը ուղղակի խաթարելու է իրավիճակը և կարող է առաջ բերել մոտեցումներ, որոնք կարող են վնասել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավարմանը»,- մանրամասնեց Նահապետյանը՝ հավելելով, որ բոլոր պատվիրակների կողմից Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության առաջարկը մերժվել է:
