Իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնության վերաբերյալ քրգործն ընդունվել է վարույթ

Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության աշխատակից, ոստիկանության կապիտան Էդվարդ Դ.-ն հայտնել է, որ 2016թ. նոյեմբերի 8-ին՝ ժամը 23:30-ին, ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները խախտելու համար կանգնեցրել է «Հոնդա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի վարորդ Գարիկ Ա.-ն, չենթարկվելով իր օրինական պահանջներին, անհիմն վիճաբանել է իր հետ և բռնություն կիրառել իր նկատմամբ՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից, դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում Գարիկ Ա.-ն, իր հերթին, հայտնել է, որ դեպքի ժամանակ իրեն ստիպողաբար ծառայողական ավտոմեքենան նստեցնելիս ոստիկաններից մեկը բռնություն է կիրառել իր նկատմամբ, որը շարունակվել է նաև ոստիկանական մեքենայի մեջ, ինչի հետևանքով ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Բացի այդ, Գարիկ Ա.-ի կինը ևս հաղորդում է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ դեպքի ժամանակ իրենց ավտոմեքենան կանգնեցնելուց հետո, ինքը փորձել է միջամտել ամուսնու և ոստիկանի միջև ծագած վիճաբանությանը, սակայն ոստիկաններից մեկը իր նկատմամբ ևս բռնություն է կիրառել, ինչի արդյունքում ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Գործի փաստական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված՝ բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունը երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը քրեական գործը հանձնել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանվածկարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
