Ավազակային հարձակում Արաբկիրում. հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

ՀՀ քննրական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Արաբկիրում ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2016 թվականին նոյեմբերի 23-ին՝ ժամը 21.20-ին, հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք մուտք են գործել Արաբկիրում գտնվող առանձնատներից մեկը և զենքի գործադրմամբ սպառնացել տան անդամներին:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը, ձեռնարկվել են անհետաձգելի գործողություններ՝ պարզելու դեպքի հանգամանքները:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ նոյեմբերի 23-ին՝ ժամը 20:40-ի սահմաններում, երկու դիմակավորված անձինք, ուրիշի գույքը հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, ապօրինի մուտք են գործել Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի առանձնատներից մեկը և սպառնացել տան անդամներին: Առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից մեկը բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով ատրճանակը պահել է բնակչուհու գլխի ուղղությամբ, իսկ մյուսը որպես զենք օգտագործվող կտրող-ծակող գործիքով հարվածել է կնոջ եղբոր ձախ ոտքին, որից հետո ոչինչ չհափշտակելով դիմել են փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով:
Կատարվում է քննություն, իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ պարզելու առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը: Արդյունքների մասին տեղեկություն կտրամադրվի ավելի ուշ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սա հմանվածկարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
