Կոլումբիայի իշխանություններն ՖԱՐԿ-ի ապստամբների հետ նոր համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել

Կոլումբիայի նախագահ Խուան Մանուել Սանտոսը ու ՖԱՐԿ ապստամբ խմբավորման առաջնորդ Ռոդրիգո Լոնդոնյոն ստորագրել են խաղաղ համաձայնագիր։ Պայմանագիրը պետք է վերջ տա երկրի իշխանությունների ու ապստամբ խմբավորման դիմակայությանը, որը շարունակվում է ավելի քան 50 տարի, հայտնում է BBC–ն։
310 էջանոց փաստաթուղթը ստորագրվել է Բոգոտայում մի քանի երկրների ներկայացուցիչների, նաեւ ՄԱԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը Բան ԿԻ Մունի ներկայությամբ։
Հաջորդ շաբաթ համաձայնագիրը պետք է ստորագրի երկրի կոնգրեսը, որտեղ կառավարական կոալիցիան մեծամասնություն է։
Սա արդեն երկրորդ խաղաղ համաձայնագիրն է ՖԱՐԿ-ի հետ։ Առաջինը սեպտեմբերի վերջին էր ստորագրվել, սակայն դրան հաջորդած հանրաքվեի ժամանակ ընտրողների մեծ մասը դեմ է քվեարկել փաստաթղթին։
Գործարքի հակառակորդները պահանջում էին բանտարկել զինյալների առաջնորդներին։
Դրանից հետո երկրում անցել են խռովարարների հետ խաղաղ համաձայնագրի կողմնակիցների բազմամարդ ցույցեր։
Ըստ ներկա համաձայնագրի՝ ՖԱՐԿ-ը հրաժարվում է զինված պայքարից ու դառնում քաղաքական կուսակցություն, որը կմասնակցի 2018-ի ընտրություններին։
