Ավտոբուսի վթարից տուժածներին օգնություն տրամադրելու նպատակով ստեղծված հանձնաժողովը նիստ է գումարել

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ նոյեմբերի 24-ին տեղի ունեցավ 2016թ. հոկտեմբերի 14-ին ՌԴ Հյուսիսային Օսեթիայի Բեսլան քաղաքի մոտ Մոսկվա-Երևան ավտոբուսի վթարի հետևանքով տուժած քաղաքացիներին ու նրանց ընտանիքներին օգնություն տրամադրելու նպատակով ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշմամբ ստեղծված միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի նիստը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, քննարկվող հարցերը վերաբերում էին ավտոբուսի վթարի հետևանքով զոհված անձանց ընտանիքներին և տուժածներին որպես օգնություն տրամադրվող գումարների տրամադրմանը և տուժած քաղաքացիների առողջական խնդիրներին։
Վթարի հետևանքով զոհված և տուժած ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին ու նրանց ընտանիքներին տրամադրվող դրամական օգնության համար ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունում դիմումների ընդունումը շարունակվում է: Նոյեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ի դրությամբ, նախարարության աշխատակազմի իրավաբանական վարչությունում ստացվել է 20 դիմում։
Ինչ վերաբերում է տուժած քաղաքացիների առողջական խնդիրներին, ապա այս պահին միայն ՀՀ մեկ քաղաքացի՝ Սմբատ Պողոսյանը, շարունակում է բուժվել Բեսլանի հիվանդանոցում։ Նրա առողջական վիճակն արդեն բավարար է։ Հաջորդ շաբաթ բժիշկները նախատեսում են նրան դուրս գրել հիվանդանոցից, որից հետո կկազմակերպվի նրա վերադարձը Հայաստան։
ՀՀ կառավարության 2016թ. հոկտեմբեր 2 7-ի N 1130 որոշմամբ սահմանվել է, որ ավտոբուսի վթարի հետևանքով յուրաքանչյուր զոհվածի ընտանիքին տրամադրվում է 1,5 մլն դրամ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հիվանդանոցներում բուժումը շարունակող՝ առավել ծանր յուրաքանչյուր վիրավորին` 700 հազ. դրամ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հիվանդանոցներում բժշկական օգնություն ստացած յուրաքանչյուր վիրավորին` 200 հազ. դրամ և նշված ավտոբուսի մյուս յուրաքանչյուր ուղևորին` 100 հազ. դրամ:
