Եվրամիության երկրներում միջին դասի ներկայացուցիչների թիվը նվազում Է: Դա, մասնավորապես, տեղի Է ունենում բնակչության զբաղվածության կրճատման, պետական սեկտորում աշխատանքի վարձատրության մակարդակի նվազման, կոլեկտիվ պայմանագրերի կնքման մեխանիզմների թուլացման հետեւանքով: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս տվյալները ներկայացված են Աշխատանքի միջազգային կազմակերպության (ԱՄԿ)՝ նոյեմբերի 23-ին Ժնեւում հրապարակված զեկույցում, կազմակերպություն, որը ՄԱԿ-ի մասնագիտացված հաստատություն Է:
Փորձագետները միջին դասում տեղավորում են այն մարդկանց, որոնց եկամուտներն այս կամ այն երկրում կազմում են մեկ շնչին ընկնող միջին եկամտի 80-ից մինչեւ 120 տոկոսը, հիշեցնում Է ԱՄԿ-ն: Եվրամիությունում այդ կատեգորիային համապատասխանում Է ընտանիքների 23-ից մինչեւ 40 տոկոսը: Ուսումնասիրության համաձայն՝ ԵՄ-ում «2004 եւ 2011 թվականների միջեւ ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում միջին դասը նվազել Է 2,3 տոկոսով եւ, վերջին տվյալների համաձայն, մինչ այժմ դրա կրճատումը շարունակվում Էե: Տնտեսական եւ ֆինանսական ճգնաժամի ժամանակաշրջանում, հատկապես 2008-ից մինչեւ 2011 թվականը, &la quo;եկամուտները, որոնցով պայմանավորված են միջին դասին պատկանելությունը, նվազել ենե:
Այս խումբը տնտեսական անկման հետեւանքով նյութապես տուժել Է այնպիսի երկրներում, ինչպիսիք են՝ Հունաստանը, Իսպանիան, Էստոնիան, Կիպրոսը եւ Պորտուգալիան: Ընդհանուր առմամբ Կենտրոնական եւ Արեւելյան Եվրոպայում միջին դասի աճը «կասեցվել Է ճգնաժամի հետեւանքովե: Իսկ մյուս երկրների շարքում, հատկապես Գերմանիայում, «միջին դասի Էրոզիան Էր նկատվում դեռ մինչեւ ճգնաժամըե,-այն տարեկան կրճատվում Էր 3 տոկոսով:
Այն երկրներում, որտեղ այդ դասն «ամուրե Է, մասնավորապես, Դանիայում եւ Շվեդիայում, բազմաթիվ ընտանիքներում աշխատում են երկու մեծահասակներ, նշվում Է զեկույցում: «Դա նշանակում Է, որ (մեկ ընտանիքին ընկնող) մեկ աշխատավարձի առկայությունը կարող Է արդեն բավարար չլինել միջին դասում մնալու համարե,-պարզաբանել Է ԱՄԿ-ի ավագ տնտեսագետ Դանիել Վոգան-Ուայթհեդը:- Այնպիսի մասնագիտություններ, ինչպիսիք են ուսուցիչը կամ բժիշկը, որոնք սովորաբար բնորոշ են միջին դասի համար եւ տիպական կանանց զբաղվածության համար, կարող են այլեւս չապահովել միջին եկամուտե, հ աղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
