Միացյալ Նահանգները այսուհետ գոնե զսպաշապիկ կհագցնի Ադրբեջանին
INTERVIEW
Իրավապաշտպան Հայկազ Մակարյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով ԱՄՆ–ում նախագահական ընտրություններին, նշեց, որ տեղի հայկական համայնքը բավական մեծ բացթողում ունի՝ պաշտոնապես չպաշտպանելով որևէ թեկնածուի շահերը:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե իրավական հարթության մեջ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ինչ օգուտներ կքաղի Դոնալդ Թրամփի նախագահ լինելուց, իրավապաշտպանը նշեց.
«Իրավական հաշվարկներ անելով եկել եմ այն եզրահանգման, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները այսուհետ գոնե զսպաշապիկ կհագցնի Ադրբեջանին: Այդ զսպաշապիկն ավելի շատ պայմանավորված կլինի իրավական որոշակի պատժամիջոցներով: Եթե պահպանվի Կոնգրեսական Հանրապետական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Քրիս Սմիթի գործելաոճը, ի դեպ, նկատենք, որ նա Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ բավական սերտ կապերի մեջ է, ապա գուցե ավելի պարզեցվի վիզայի խնդիրը և այլ հարցեր»,– ասաց նա՝ հավելելով. «Այսօր Ադրբեջանի նախագահը խոսում է ՄԱԿ–ի չորս սկզբունքների մասին, որոնք իբր խախտել է Հայաստանը, սակայն որպես իրավաբան կարող եմ նշել, որ ՄԱԿ–ի 1948 թ–ի դեկտեմբերի 10–ի Կոնվենցիայի համաձայն ՝ այն է ոչ մի ժողովուրդ իրավունք չունի ագրեսիա իրականացնել, խախտվում է հենց Ադրբեջանի կողմից: Մեկն այսօր չի հակադարձում Ալիևին ու ասում, երբ խոսում եք ՄԱԿ–ի սկզբունքներից, դուք հաշվի առել ու պահպանե՞լ եք տարածքային ամբողջականության, սուվերենության սկզբունքը, թե՝ ոչ»:
Ինչպես նշեց իրավաբանը, այս ֆորստմաժորային իրավիճակը, որը ստեղծվել է, Ադրբեջանի նավթադոլարների շնորհիվ է: «ԱՄՆ–ի հայկական համայնքը հենց այս հարցերի վրա պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնի ու հիմնական շեշտը դնի: Կարծում եմ, որ ԱՄՆ հայկական համայնքի բռունցքն այս պահին սխալ է կիրառվում: Դա այն բռունցքն է, որը պետք է հարված հասցնի ըստ թիրախի: Մենք այնքան են հեռվացել քաղաքական հստակ դիրքորոշումներից ու անելիքներից, որ ապրում ենք սին ու ունայն պատրանքներով»:
