Ուզբեկստանում վաղաժամկետ քվեարկություն Է սկսվել նախագահի ընտրություններում

Ուզբեկստանում նոյեմբերի 24-ին վաղաժամկետ քվեարկություն Է սկսվել հանրապետության նախագահի ընտրություններում, բացված ընտրատեղամասերը տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 9:00-ից մինչեւ 18:00-ն աշխատելու են մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 2-ը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

 Սեպտեմբերի 2-ին 78 տարեկան հասակում ինսուլտից վախճանվել Է Ուզբեկստանի առաջին նախագահ Իսլամ Քարիմովը: Հանրապետության ղեկավարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Է նշանակվել վարչապետ Շավկաթ Միրզիեեւը: Հանրապետության նախագահի ընտրությունները նշանակված են դեկտեմբերի 4-ին: Պետության ղեկավարն ընտրվելու Է հնգամյա ժամկետով:

Օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան, Ուզբեկստանի այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք այս կամ այն պատճառով չեն կարող քվեարկությանը մասնակցել ընտրությունների հիմնական օրը, կարող են դա անել վաղօրոք: Ընդ որում՝ վաղաժամկետ քվեարկել ցանկացողները պարտավոր չեն բացատրել նման որոշման պատճառը: Վաղաժամկետ քվեարկությունն սկսվում Է ընտրություններից տասն օր առաջ եւ ավարտվում ընտրություններից մեկ օր առաջ:

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի տվյալների համաձայն՝ Ուզբեկստանի նախագահի ընտրություններն անցկացնելու համար ձեւավորվել Է 9381 ընտրատեղամաս, այդ թվում 44-ը՝ երկրի սահմաններից դուրս, որոնցում պետք Է քվեարկեն 21 մլն 435 հազար ընտրողներ:

Երկրում գրանցված բոլոր չորս կուսակցություններն առաջադրել են պետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնի իրենց թեկնածուներին: Քաղաքագետների կարծիքով՝ հաղթողի գլխավոր հավակնորդը պետության ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար Միրզիեեւն Է, որին առաջադրել Է Ուզբեկստանի լիբերալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը: Միրզիեեւը ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքներին երկրի չմիանալու կողմնակիցն Է, հանդես Է գալիս ԱՊՀ-ի երկրների, նախեւառաջ Ռուսաստանի հետ Ուզբեկստանի հարաբերությունների զարգացման օգտին, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
