Շատ երիտասարդ մայրերի է այս հարցն անհանգստացնում: Անքուն գիշերներ, կարմրած աչքեր, անվերջ ճչացող երեխա, և ի վերջո անքնության պատճառով՝ վեճեր ամուսնու հետ:

Պատճառ առաջին: Երեխան լույս աշխարհ է եկել, և նա փորձում է հարմարվել իր համար նոր միջավայրին: Դրանից բացի, ծնվելը նրա համար նույնքան բարդ է, որքան մոր համար ծննդաբերելը, որի պատճառով էլ նա լաց է լինում, հատկապես առաջին երկու գիշերը:
Պետք չէ տագնապի մեջ ընկնել և վազել արհեստական սննդի ետևից, կարծելով, որ նա քաղցած է: Առաջին օրերին կշտանալու համար երեխային բավական է ընդամենը 20 գր: Մոր օրգանիզմը ի վիճակի է ապահովել կաթի այդ քանակը:
Պատճառ երկրորդ: Եթե դիմեք մանկաբույժին և հարցնեք, թե ինչո՞ւ է նա լաց լինում, ապա նա ձեզ կասի, որ 0-3 ամսեկանում դա նորմալ է:
