ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը նոյեմբերի 23-ին աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզ, որտեղ մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Ծովագյուղ և Լճաշեն համայնքներ: Այցի նպատակն էր հանդիպել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծովագյուղ համայնքի հնդկաձավար արտադրող խմբին, ինչպես նաև քննարկել Լճաշեն համայնքում կաթնամթերթի արտադրության ընդլայնման կիրառական ծրագիրը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախարար Լոքյանը տեղում ծանոթացել է Ծովագյուղ համայնքում հնդկաձավարի արտադրության պայմաններին, լսել շուրջ 550 հա ընդհանուր մակերեսով հողամասերում հնդկաձավար աճեցնող կոոպերատիվի անդամների կողմից բարձրացված խնդիրները: Նախարարը հետևել է արտադրական (բովման, մաքրման, փաթեթավորման) սարքավորումների փորձարկման գործընթացին, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել Եվրամիության «Եվրոպական հարևանության գյուղատնտեսության և գյուղի զարգացման» (ENPARD) ծրագրի շրջանակներում: Կոոպերատիվի անդամները նշել են, որ համապատասխան ֆինանսավորման առկայության դեպքում հնարավոր է էապես ընդլայնել հնդկաձավարի ցանքատարածության մակերեսը, ավելացնել արտադրության ծավալները և բավարարել Հայաստանում հնդկաձավարի պահանջարկի էական մասը:

Դավիթ Լոքյանի հաջորդ կանգառը Լճաշեն համայնքն էր, որտեղ նախարարը մասնակցել է համայնքում կաթնամթերքի վերամշակման արտադրության ընդլայնման կիրառական ծրագրի քննարկմանը: Արտադրության պատասխանատուները նախարարին ներկայացրել են, որ գործող արտադրամասն ունի արտադրական տարածքի ընդլայնման, վերանորոգման, սարքավորումների ձեռքբերման, ինչպես նաև գազամատակարարման ապահովման խնդիր:
