Դուշանբեում մեկնարկում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի գագաթնաժողովը

Դուշանբեում մեկնարկում է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության երկօրյա գագաթնաժողովը, որի պաշտոնական մասը նախատեսված է սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին:
Այդ օրը նախ կկայանա ՀԱՊԿ-ի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի, պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհրդի և անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների կոմիտեի համատեղ նիստը, որին կհաջորդի ՀԱՊԿ-ի Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանը: Ծրագրված է ղեկավարների հանդիպումը նեղ և ընդլայնված կազմերով, համատեղ փաստաթղթերի ստորագրում և ընդունելություն գագաթնաժողովը հյուրընկալողի անունից:
Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը հայտնել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարները պլանավորում են ստորագրել տասից ավելի փաստաթուղթ: Մասնավորապես, Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանում պլանավորվում է ընդունել անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների հայտարարությունը, որում կարտացոլվեն ընդհանուր մոտեցումները արդիականության հիմնական մարտահրավերների ու սպառնալիքների նկատմամբ:
«Ավանդույթի համաձայն, Խորհրդի նիստում կքննարկվի ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործունեությունը, ինչպես նաև կարծարծվեն տարածաշրջանային ու գլոբալ խնդիրներ, որոնք վերաբերում են ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրների անվտանգությանը»,- ասել է Ուշակովը: «Բնականաբար, առաջնահերթ ուշադրությունը կդարձվի ահաբեկչական ու ծայրահեղական խմբավորումների ակտիվացմանը, ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրների սահմանների մոտ տիրող իրադրությանը»,- հավելել է նա:
Բացի այդ, ՀԱՊԿ-ի գագաթնաժողովի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի և միավորված շտաբի ղեկավարի հարցը: «Այդ հարցը քննարկվելու է փակ նիստում: Այժմ այդ հարցը համաձայնեցվում է մասնակից երկրների միջև»,- ճշտել է ռուսական պետության ղեկավարի օգնականը, պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան կմնա արդյոք ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար:
Գագաթնաժողովի ավարտից հետո ՀԱՊԿ-ի նախագահությունը մեկ տարով կանցնի Հայաստանին:
