«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը Տիգրան Մեծ 4 հասցեում գտնվող «Հանարդնախագիծ» ընկերությունից իր վարձակալած տարածքը 400 քառակուսի մետրով կրճատել է: Այս մասին մեզ տեղեկացրին պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչությունից:
Եթե նախկինում՝ 2014թ. հունիսից, ֆիննախը վարձակալում էր 2150 քմ տարածք եւ դրա դիմաց մեկ տարվա համար այդ ընկերությանը վճարում էր 124 մլն դրամ, ապա այս տարվա օգոստոսից վարձակալում է 1750 քմ եւ մեկ տարվա համար վճարում արդեն 116,6 մլն դրամ: Վերոնշյալ ժամկետից կարելի է հասկանալ, որ սույն տարածքը վարձակալվել է Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի՝ ֆինանսների նախարար նշանակվելուց հետո:
Հավելենք նաեւ, որ կառավարության շենքի անմիջապես դիմացը գտնվող «Հանարդնախագծի» շենքը պատկանում է բնապահպանության ու քաղաքաշինության նախկին նախարար Արամ Հարությունյանին, որն այն վարձակալության է տալիս թե՛ ֆիննախին, թե՛ ԱՎԾ-ին եւ թե՛ Միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման եւ բարեփոխումների նախարարությանն ու միայն պետբյուջեից տարեկան մոտ 150-160 մլն դրամ ստանում: Ընդ որում, այդ շենքը նախապես պետական է եղել, եւ Ա. Հարությունյանն այն ջրի գնով սեփականացրել է քաղաքաշինության նախարար եղած ժամանակ ու հիմա վարձակալության է տալիս պետությանը»:
