ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ավարտվել է մարտի 13-ին Սարի-Թաղում 16-ամյա տղայի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Մարտի 13-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել առ այն, որ Սարի-Թաղում գործող  թիվ 47 դպրոցի դիմաց տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի  ժամանակ Սարի-Թաղի 16-ամյա բնակիչը կրծքավանդակի առաջնային մակերեսին ստացել է կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի՝ կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վնասվածք։ Եվս 5 անձ, տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով, տեղափոխվել են բժշկական կենտրոն։ 

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 3 հոդվածներով՝ 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի,34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի,113-րդ  հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, որի նախաքննությունը, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ, իրականացվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում:

Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց շրջանակը, անհատականցվել նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողությունները:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ մարտի 13-ին, Սարի-Թաղի անչափահաս բնակիչների միջև մի հարցի շուրջ թյուրընկալման պատճառով տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որը հետագայում վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի։  Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ ծեծկռտուքին մասնակցել են նաև Սարի Թաղի բնակիչներ Պետրոսյան եղբայրները (ծնված 1990, 1991 թթ.), որի ժամանակ էլ նրանցից  կրտսերը նախապես իր հետ վերցրած դանակով հարվածել է 16-ամյա տղայի սրտի շրջանին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածք: Վերջինս ստացած վնասվածքից մահացել է։ Նույն միջադեպի ժամանակ դա նակի գործադրմամբ վնասվածքներ են պատճառվել նաև այլ անչափահասների՝ պատճառելով միջին և ծանր մարմնական վնասներ:

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ կրտսեր եղբորը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 113-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, իսկ ավագ եղբորը՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 113-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով:

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվող կամ մեղադրվող անձը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքովսահմանված կարգով`դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
