Հակաբիոտիկների չարաշահման արդյունքում որոշ վարակիչ հիվանդություններ ընդհանրապես կարող են չենթարկվել բուժման

ՀՀ ԱՆ հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների և ներհիվանդանոցային վարակների համաճարակաբանության բաժնի պետ Ռոմելլա Աբովյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ հակաբիոտիկների հետ կապված խնդիրն առկա է ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլեւ ամբողջ աշխարհում: Նա նշեց, որ շատ շուտով Հայաստանը եւս կկանգնի այն խնդրի առաջ, երբ  որոշակի  վարակիչ հիվանդություններ այլեւս հնարավոր չի լինի բուժել հակաբիոտիկներով:

«Հակամանրէային դեղամիջոցը կիրառվում է վարակիչ հիվանդությունների բուժման  համար, եւ դրա ոչ պատշաճ կիրառման, ինչպես նաեւ բնակչության ցածր իրազեկվածության պատճառով դրանք կարող են ձեռք բերել կայունություն, եւ հետագայում  վարակիչ հիվանդությունների կոնկրետ տեսակներն ընդհանրապես կարող են չենթարկվել  բուժման:  Այսօր դժվարացել է նոր հակաբիոտիկներ ստեղծելը,  եւ ունեցած պաշարը սպառելու դեպքում կունենանք ծանր իրավիճակ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Առողջապահության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը:

ՀՀ ԱՆ աշխատակազմի հանրային առողջության բաժնի պետ Քրիստինա Գյուրջյանն էլ հավելեց, որ հակաբիոտիկները այլ դեղամիջոցներից տարբերվում են երեք հիմնական հատկանիշներով:

«Այն ունի թիրախային բնույթ, օգտագործվում է միայն մանրէի վրա ազդեցություն գործելու, այլ ոչ թե հյուսվածքների, օրգանների կարգավորման կամ այլ խնդիրների լուծման համար, այսինքն՝ այն չի կարելի օգտագործել որպես ջերիմիջեցնող դեղամիջոց: Եվ եթե այն երկար ժամանակ օգտագործվում է, ապա ժամանակի ընթացքում հակաբիոտիկների արդյունավետությունը նվազում է: Երրորդ ամենակարեւոր, անխուսափելի հատկությունը կայունության զարգացումն է, երբ այն կարող է հակառակ ազդեցությունն ունենալ»,-ընդգծեց Քրիստինա Գյուրջյանը:
