Հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները խախտելու համար ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվել է 3 բենզալցակայանի շահագործում

Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության 120 բենզա եւ գազալցակայաններում իրականացված հրդեհատեխնիկական ստուգումների արդյունքում` հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները խախտելու համար ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվել է 3 բենզալցակայանի շահագործում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՀՀ ԱԻՆ պետական հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչության պետ Աշոտ Մկրտչյանը: Նրա խոսքով` հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները խախտելու կամ չկատարելու վերաբերյալ կազմվել է 115 արձանագրություն: «Հիմնական թերություններից մեկն այն էր, որ չէին պահպանվել բենզալցակայանից մինչեւ հարակից շենք-շինությունների միջեւ պահանջվող հակահրդեհային 50 մետր միջտարածությունները, ինչպես նաեւ տվյալ բենզա կամ գազալցակայանը ապահովված չէր հակահրդեհային ջրավազաններով»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ գազալցակայաններում համեմատաբար ավելի բարվոք վիճակ է, քան բենզալցակայաններում:
Մկրտչյանի խոսքով` ստուգումներն իրականացվել են Երեւան, Վանաձոր, Գյումրի քաղաքաներում: «Մենք դեռ շարունակելու ենք ստուգումները եւ մինչ 2017 թվականը ժամանակ ենք տրամադրելու ` թերությունները վերացնելու համար: Հակառակ դեպքում տուգանքներ կկիրառվեն»,-ասաց պետական հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչության պետը:
ՀՀ ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ Նիկոլայ Գրիգորյանն էլ հիշեցրեց, որ դեռևս 2010թ.-ին ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարի հրամանով Երևան քաղաքում իրականացվեցին շարժական գազալցակայանների հակահրդեհային վիճակի նպատակային ստուգումներ: Կատարված հետևողական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ հաջողվեց կարճ ժամանակահատվածում քաղաքն ազատել այդ խիստ հրդեհապայթյունավտանգ օբյեկտներից: «Գազալցակայանների անվտանգության հարցերը մշտապես գտնվել են նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում»,-հավելեց Գրիգորյանը:
Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը բենզա եւ գազալցակայաններում հրդեհատեխնիկական ստուգումներ սկսել է անցկացնել նոյեմբերի 14-ից:
