Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն ընդունել է ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի հարցերով համազեկուցողներին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը նոյեմբերի 23-ին ընդունել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի հարցերով համազեկուցողներ Ջուզեպպե Գալատիին և Ալան Միլին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով համազեկուցողների այցը Հայաստան՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել սերտ համագործակցության և փոխգործակցության համար: Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը ներկացրել է վերջին ամիսներին Արդարադատության նախարարության կատարած աշխատանքներն ու ձեռքբերումները և նշել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներից հետո թևակոխել է լայնածավալ օրենսդրական բարեփոխումների փուլ, որի առաջին արդյունքը կոնսենսուսով ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքի ընդունումն էր: Նրա խոսքով ՝ փաստաթղթի շուրջ տեղի են ունեցել  տևական քննարկումներ իշխանության, ընդդիմության և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների հավասարության սկզբունքով մասնակցությամբ,  Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի և ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի ներգրավվածությամբ և աջակցությամբ:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն անդրադարձել է hակակոռուպցիոն նոր ինստիտուցիոնալ համակարգի ստեղծմանն ու գործարկմանը, բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց գույքի և եկամուտների հայտարարագրման գործընթացին, դատաիրավական համակարգի անկախությանը և ապօրինի հարստացման քրեականացմանը:

ԵԽԽՎ մոնիթորինգի հանձնաժողովի Հայաստանի հարցերով համազեկուցողները շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար, բարձր են գնահատել Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները, կարևորել մի շարք ոլորտներում օրենսդրական  փոփոխությունները, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ  իշխանությունների ջանքերը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք այլ հարցեր:
