Լոռու մարզի Ախթալա քաղաքում գտնվող թիֆլիսահայ գործարար և բարերար Միքայել Արամյանցի 118–ամյա դղյակը, որը պատմամշակութային արժեք է, աղետալի վիճակում է: Անտերության մատնված շինությունը վերջնական փլուզումից փրկելու համար մի խումբ մտավորականներ բաց նամակ են հղել ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին և պատկան բոլոր կառույցներին: Վարչապետը Անշարժ գույքի պետական կադաստրին հանձնարարել է ներկայացնել գույքի վրա գրանցված բոլոր ծանրաբեռնումները, իսկ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարին՝ շահագրգիռ նախարարությունների մասնակցությամբ ուսումնասիրել խնդիրը և առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել:
 
Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում Ախթալայի քաղաքապետ Հայկազ Խաչիկյանը նշեց, որ դղյակի վերանորոգման հարցի վերաբերյալ դեռ կոնկրետ որոշում չկա:
 
 
«Արամյանցի մահից հետո, 1992 թվականին ՀՀ արհեստակցական միությունների կոնֆեդերացիան դղյակը սեփականության իրավունքով հանձնել է «Տուրիզմի և էքսկուրսիաների հանրապետական խորհրդին», որն էլ իր հերթին 2005–ին այն ընդամենը 1 մլն 200 հազար դրամով վաճառել է ամերիկահայ գործարար Սերոբ Տեր–Պողոսյանին պատկանող «Մեթըլ Փրինս» ընկերությանը: Սակայն սեփականատերը տարիների ընթացքում չի կատարել իր պայմանագրային պարտականությունները, և կառույցը չի շահագործել որպես տուրիստական հանգրվան: Անգամ պահակներին աշխատավարձ չի վճարել: Կառույցը ներկայում անմխիթար ու բարձիթողի վիճակում է, վերջնական ոչնչացման եզրին: Փոխարենը, դղյակի տարածքում Սերոբ Տեր–Պողոսյանն իր համար առանձնատուն է կառուցել»,– ասաց Հայկազ Խաչիկյանը: Հարցին՝ ինչ ներդրումներ կպահանջվեն դղյակի վերակառուցման համար, քաղաքապետը դժվարացավ պատասխանել:
 
 
ՀՀ վաստակավոր նկարիչ Հրանտ Թադևոսյանը (Թաթոս), ով այն մտավորականների թվում է, ովքեր բաց նամակ են հղել վարչապետին, մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ բացի պատմամշակութային արժեք լիելուց, Արամյանցի դղյակը կարող է ծառայել որպես տուրիստական հանգրվան:
 
 
«Դղյակը կառուցվել է ժամանակի լավագույն ճարտարապետների կողմից, ստեղծվել է Լոռվա բնությանը համահունչ մի կառույց: Այդտեղ տարբեր ժամանակներում հանգստացել են Հովհաննես Թումանյանը, Խրիմյան Հայրիկը, նշանավոր օպերային երգիչ Ֆյոդր Շալյապինը, թատերական ռեժիսոր Վսեվոլոդ Մեյերխոլդը, լիտվացի բանաստեղծ Մեժելայտիսը և այլք: Եվ, վերջապես այն եղել է հայ մտավորականության հավաքատեղի: Եթե կարճ ժամանակահատվածում շինությանը ուշադրություն չդարձվի, վերջնականապես կփլուզվի»,– ասաց Հրանտ Թադևոսյանը՝ վստահ լինելով, որ շուտով վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ կսկսվեն դղյակի վերականգնման աշխատանքները:
