ԱՄՆ-ը «դուռը բաց է թողնում» Ռուսաստանի հետ երկխոսության համար. Պենտագոնի ղեկավար

ԱՄՆ-ը նոր սառը պատերազմի չի ձգտում Ռուսաստանի դեմ, բայց պաշտպանելու Է «համաշխարհային կարգի սկզբունքները»: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է ԱՄՆ-ի պաշտպանության նախարար Էշթոն Քարթերի հոդվածում, որը հրապարակվելու Է Լոնդոնի Ռազմավարական հետազոտությունների միջազգային ինստիտուտի 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի-2017 թվականի հունվարի հրատարակության մեջ:
«Միացյալ Նահանգները սառը պատերազմի չի ձգտում Ռուսաստանի դեմ, Էլ չասած տաք պատերազմի մասին: Մենք թշնամի չենք փնտրում ի դեմս Ռուսաստանի, մենք երկար ժամանակ խաղաղ հարաբերություններ Էինք հաստատում,-գրում Է Պենտագոնի ղեկավարը «Ուժեղ ու հավասարակշռված մոտեցում Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ» վերտառությամբ հոդվածում:-Բայց ԱՄՆ-ը պաշտպանելու Է իր դաշնակիցներին ու գործընկերներին, ինչպես նաեւ համաշխարհային կարգի ամրագրված սկզբունքները»:
11 Էջից բաղկացած իր հոդվածում Քարթերը պատմում Է, որ սառը պատերազմի ավարտից եւ ԽՍՀՄ-ի փլուզումից հետո «Միացյալ Նահանգները, Ռուսաստանը եւ բազմաթիվ այլ երկրներ հաճախ Էին միավորվում համաշխարհային կարգի ամրագրված սկզբունքներով առաջնորդվելու համար»: «Բայց վերջին տարիներին, ցավոք, Ռուսաստանի գործելակերպը փոխվեց»,-պնդում Է նախարարը:
Որպես իր վարկածի ապացույցներ, Քարթերը նշել Է Վրաստանի, Սիրիայի եւ Ուկրաինայի իրադրությունը, ինչպես նաեւ ռուսական «գրոհները կիբեռտարածությունում», «սպառազինությունների նկատմամբ հսկողության մասին եւ միջազգային այլ համաձայնագրերի խախտումը», «միջուկային զենք ճոճելը»: Այդուհանդերձ, ինչպես գրում Է նախարարը, ԱՄՆ-ը «դուռը բաց Է թողնում» Ռուսաստանի հետ երկխոսության համար:
«Հաշվի առնելով զգալի տարաձայնությունները՝ ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ռուսաստանի խորը համագործակցության հեռանկարները ներկայում սահմանափակված են, բայց Ռուսաստանը չափազանց մեծ, չափազանց ուժեղ եւ պոտենցիալ առումով չափազանց վտանգավոր Է նրան անտեսելու կամ ամբողջովին մեկուսացնելու համար,-նշում Է Քարթերը:-Միացյալ Նահանգները շարունակելու Է Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցել այն դեպքերում, երբ նա դա կցանկանա, եւ երբ նրա շահերը կհամընկնեն միջազգային հանրակցության շահերի հետ»,-հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
