ՀՀ կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեում գոհացնող սպասարկումն առաջնահերթություն են համարում

ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեում նոյեմբերի 22-ին տեղի ունեցավ հերթական աշխատանքային խորհրդակցությունը, որը վարում էր կոմիտեի նախագահ Մարտին Սարգսյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեից:
Անդրադառնալով խորհրդակցության օրակարգում ներառված հարցերին՝ կոմիտեի նախագահ պարոն Սարգսյանը ներկաներին հորդորեց առանձնակի ուշադրություն դարձնել քննարկվող այն հարցերին, որոնք վերաբերում են կոմիտեի կողմից քաղաքացիներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարելավմանն ուղղված քայլերին: Կոմիտեի ղեկավարը մատնանշեց այն մեծածավալ աշխատանքը, որն արվել է այդ ուղղությամբ, սակայն նկատեց նաև, որ համակարգում կատարվող բարեփոխումների առանցքային խնդիրը եղել և մնում է քաղաքացիների համար պատշաճ սպասարկում ապահովելը: Պարոն Սարգսյանը կարգադրեց մ շտապես ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել սպասարկման գրասենյակների առօրյա աշխատանքը, քաղաքացուն տալ սպառիչ և գոհացնող պարզաբանում: Ներկաներին կոմիտեի նախագահը խիստ հանձնարարական տվեց քայլեր ձեռնարկել համակարգում կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի նվազեցման ուղղությամբ: Հանձնարարականի արդյունավետ իրագործման համար պարոն Սարգսյանը կարգադրեց կոմիտեի կայքէջում թեժ գծի հեռախոսահամարներից բացի տեղադրել նաև հեռախոսահամար, որի միջոցով քաղաքացիները կարող են դիմել իրենց հուզող ցանկացած հարցով կոմիտեի նախագահի օգնականին (060.47.41.41):
Կարևորելով աշխատանքային կարգապահությունը՝ կոմիտեի ղեկավարը նկատեց, որ տեղերում դրսևորած թերացումների և բացթողումների համար սպասարկման ղեկավարը կրում է անմիջական պատասխանատվություն:
Խորհրդակցության վերջում Մարտին Սարգսյանը հանձնարարեց ներկաներին ամենօրյա խիստ հսկողություն սահմանել քաղաքացիների պատշաճ սպասարկմանն առնչվող խնդիրների նկատմամբ, առանձնակի ուշադրություն դարձնել կոմիտեի թեժ գիծ դիմած քաղաքացիների բարձրացրած հարցերին, յուրաքանչյուր շաբաթ ներկայացնել սպասարկման գրասենյակների աշխատանքներին վերաբերող տեղեկատվություն և զեկուցել կատարված աշխատանքների արդյունքները:
