 ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նոյեմբերի 22-ին ընդունել է «Անտիկոնտրաֆակտ-2016» 4-րդ միջազգային համաժողովի շրջանակում Հայաստան ժամանած Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարար Դենիս Մանտուրովի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Ֆորումն անցկացվում է ՀՀ կառավարության, Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի, ՌԴ արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարարության հովանու ներքո և նվիրված է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներում մտավոր սեփականության իրավունքների պաշտպանության, արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ապօրինի շրջանառությանը հակազդելու խնդիրներին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Վարչապետը ողջունել է «Անտիկոնտրաֆակտ-2016» համաժողովի անցկացումը՝ ընդգծելով, որ այն կարևոր և անհրաժեշտ հարթակ է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետություններում բիզնեսի համար խաղի հասկանալի կանոնների սահմանման և իշխանության, գործարար միջավայրի, ակադեմիական շրջանակների միջև երկխոսության համար:

ՌԴ արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ վարչապետին «Անտիկոնտրաֆակտ-2016» 4-րդ միջազգային ֆորումի անցկացմանն աջակցելու համար և ներկայացրել աշխատանքների ընթացքը: Նա նշել է, որ ֆորումն արդյունավետ նախաձեռնություն է՝ արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ապօրինի (այդ թվում՝ կոնտրաֆակտ և կեղծված) շրջանառությունից քաղաքակիրթ շուկաների և մտավոր սեփականության իրավունքների պաշտպանության խնդիրները քննարկելու համար, և այս տարի համաժողովին մասնակցում են ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների, մեծ թվով ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչն եր, որոնք հետաքրքրված են մրցունակ ու որակյալ արտադրության կազմակերպմամբ:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները քննարկել են երկու երկրների առևտրատնտեսական կապերի ընդլայնմանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Վարչապետը նշել է, որ հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային ամուր հարաբերությունների զարգացման մեծ ներուժ կա, և անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել բոլոր հարթակներն ու հնարավորությունները՝ այն լիարժեք իրացնելու համար: Կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի մատակարարման, հանքարդյունաբերության, զբոսաշրջության և այլ ոլորտներում փոխգործակցության հեռանկարների շուրջ: Երկուստեք կարևորվել են գործարար միջավայրի աշխուժացմանը և ազատ տնտեսական գոտիների շրջանակում գործակցությանն ուղղված քայլերը: Այս համատեքստում Կարեն Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է բիզնեսին խրախուսելու նպատակով ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրով նախատեսվող ներդրումային հիմնադրամների ստեղծմանը և գործունեությանը վերաբերող մանրամասներ:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը հանձնարարել է Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարին՝ ակտիվ աշխատել ՌԴ գործընկերների հետ փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի և ծրագրերի շուրջ:
