ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը նոյեմբերի 22-ին մասնակցել է «Պրոբացիայի պետական ծառայությունը. ակնկալիքներ և զարգացման հեռանկարներ» թեմայով կլոր սեղան-քննարկմանը: Այն կազմակերպել էր «Քաղաքացիական հասարակության ինստիտուտ» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության Պրոբացիայի պետական ծառայության հետ համատեղ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես »-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Քննարկման  նպատակն էր ներկայացնել նորաստեղծ  Պրոբացիայի պետական ծառայությունը, դրա կառուցվածքը, գործառույթները,  իր առջև դրված խնդիրներն ու ծառայության ակնկալիքները  և հնարավոր մարտահրավերները՝ նպաստելով հանրության իրազեկվածության բարձրացմանը:

Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը ներկայացրել է Պրոբացիայի ծառայության գործունեության հիմնական առանձնահատկությունները, շահառուի ռիսկերի և կարիքների բացահայտման և գնահատման համար մշակված գործիքները:

 Սուրեն Քրմոյանն ընդգծել է, որ ամեն դատապարտյալի հետ տարվում է անհատական աշխատանք և Ծառայության ներդրմամբ էապես կնվազեն կրկնահանցագործությունները:

Փոխնախարարը անդրադարձել է նաև Երևանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում և Վանաձորում իրականացված պրոբացիոն պիլոտային ծրագրին, վերականգնողական արդարադատության գաղափարախոսությանը և վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքներին :

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2016թ. մայիսի 18-ին Ազգային ժողովն ընդունել է «Պրոբացիայի մասին» օրենքը, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել Արդարադատության նախարարության կազմում Պրոբացիայի պետական ծառայության ստեղծման մասին ՀՀ Կառավարության որոշումը, որով էլ տրվել է Ծառայության աշխատանքների մեկնարկը:
