Ալեն Ղևոնդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Տևական ժամանակ ուշադիր հետևում եմ վարչապետի ելույթներին, դիտարկումներին, քննադատությանը, դիտողություններին, հանձնարարականներին: Փաստ է, որ մարդն ունի չոր բիզնես մտածողություն: Լավ է, թե վատ, դժվարանում եմ ասել: Շատ երկար կարող է ստացվել: Սակայն, կարծես, մի հստակ միտում եմ նկատում. գրեթե բոլոր կողմերից շրջապատված լինելով թերահավատների ու ավելի շուտ չարախնդացողների բանակով, չնայած որոշ հարվածների՝ նա, կարծես, ետ քայլ դեռ չի արել: Որդեգրելով բիզնեսի մի քանի բազային սկզբունք՝ նա, կարծես, փորձում է լիբերալ դաշտի օրենքներին ու բիզնեսի ինքնակարգավորման համատեքստում քայլեր ձեռնարկել: Ստացվում է արդե՞ն... Օրենքի մասով միգուցե, սակայն իրականության մեջ դեռ անսահաման դաշտ կա աշխատելու:

Պարզ է, որ այսօրվա գերխնդիրը տնտեսության ակտիվացումն է ու ընթացիկ/գալիք տնտեսական անկմանը դիմագրավելը: Եթե դիտարկենք մեր փոքր շուկան, դեռևս հստակ գոյություն ունեցող ներդրումային ռիսկերը, օբյեկտիվ լոգիստիկ ոչ շահեկան իրողությունները, հումքի՝ ոչ այդքան էժանությունը, ապա տնտեսակն աճը բավական բարդ է լինելու: Այսինքն՝ ցանկացած բիզնես, ներդրող, որ նպատակ ունի գալ ՀՀ ու ինչ-որ բան սկսել, հանդիպում է մեծագույն խնդիրների, անորոշության: Հենց այս առումով Կառավարությունը պետք է անհատական աշխատանք սկսի ցանկացած ներդրողի հետ ու դա անի հետևողականորեն՝ նրանց ներկայացնելով անգամ այն ոլորտները, որտեղ մասնավորը կարող է ներդրում անել ու շահույթ ստանալ: Մի տեսակ ստացվում է, որ Կառավարությունը դառնում է բիզնես խորհրդատու, ու դա, կարծում եմ, վատ չէ:

Մյուս կողմից՝ մեր երկրում կան բազմաթիվ տնտեսագիտական ուղղվածության ԲՈՒՀ-եր, որոշ ԲՈՒՀ-երի տնտեսագիտական ֆակուլտետներ, որոնք պետք է առավել ակտիվ ներգրավվեն տնտեսության զարգացման գործում: Ինչպե՞ս... Ասեմ: Բացի կրթական/գիտական գործունեությունից՝ նրանք պետք է մտնեն պրակտիկ տնտեսական խորհրդատվությունների դաշտ, մասնավոր բիզնեսին ուղղորդեն, թե որտեղ և ինչ կարելի է ձեռնարկել: Ու այդ ամենն իրագործեն մարկետինգային հետազոտությունների, երկրի տնտեսկան դաշտը ուսումնասիրելու միջոցով: Արդյունքում նաև գումար կվաստակեն: Վերջիվերջո մեր գիտությունը պետք է իր պասիվ դոտացիոն կարգավիճակից վերածվի ինքնաֆինանսավորվող օղակի, հակառակ դեպքում ուղղակի կմեռնի:

Ինչ առաջարկեցի, իհարկե հեշտ բան չէ՝ օրենքներ փոխել, կադրեր գտնել, «ստիպել», որ մարդիկ աշխատեն, սակայն, կարծես, տարբերակներ քիչ են մնացել:
