«ՉԻ». «Մեծ հայրենասերների» «խուրդա» բարեգործությունը

«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Բանից պարզվում է՝ վիրավորված զինծառայողների եւ զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների աջակցության հիմնադրամին ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը նվիրաբերել է 11910 դրամ, Վարդան Այվազյանը՝ 7180 դրամ, Գագիկ Մելիքյանն ու Հրայր Թովմասյանը՝ 6610-ական դրամ:
«ՉԻ» - Սրանք, իհարկե, կամավոր նվիրատվություններ են, եւ նշված պաշտոնյաները կարող էին դա լ չփոխանցել: Խնդիրը, սակայն, ոչ թե այդ գումարներն են, այլ դրանց, այսպես ասենք, ոչ կլոր լինելը:
Հասկանալի չէ՞, որ այդ մարդկանց գրպանում, ասենք, 610 կամ 180 դրամ «խուրդա» չի եղել: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ նրանք հիմնադրամին են փոխանցել իրենց աշխատավարձի «պոչերը»:
Որպես կանոն՝ խորհրդային տարիներին աշխատավարձ ստացողներն այդ «պոչերը» թողնում էին «կասսիրին», այնպես որ՝ այս հարցում ամեն ինչ հասկանալի է:
Ցավալի է միայն, որ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներն այս դեպքում էլ վարվում են այնպես, ինչպես հաշիվը փակելուց հետո «զդաչին» վերցնելիս՝ մանրը թողնում են որպես «չայեվո»:
