Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սպառազինությունների մրցավազքը լուրջ խնդիր է դառնում. Հայաստանն «Իսկանդեր» հրթիռային համակարգեր է գնում, այն դեպքում, երբ Ադրբեջանն Իսրայելից «կամիկաձե» անօդաչու սարքեր է գնում:
Այս մասին հայտնում է «Կոմերսանտ»-ը՝ հղում անելով Bloomberg գործակալությանը: Գործակալությունը նշում է, որ դա տեղի է ունենում վերջին տասնամյակում ամենալուրջ հակամարտության շիկացումից 7 ամիս անց:
Բրիտանական Chatham House հետազոտական կենտրոնի և Bloomberg գործակալության փորձագետների տվյալներով՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սպառազինությունների մրցավազքը թեժանում է: «Մենք տեսնում ենք, թե ինչպես է այդ մրցավազքն առավել լուրջ դառնում: Եվ դա նշանակում է, որ հետագայում բախումների հավանականությունն աճում է»,-ասում է Chatham House-ի փորձագետ Զաուր Շիրիևը:
Bloomberg-ի տվյալներով՝ երկու երկրները վերջին 10 տարում ընդհանուր առմամբ 27 միլիարդ դոլար են ծախսել ռազմական ծախսերի վրա: Ստոկհոլմի հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի տվյալներով՝ Ադրեջանը սպառազինության գնման համար վերջին 10 տարում ծախսել է 22,7 միլիարդ դոլար՝ դառնալով Եվրոպայում ռազմատեխնիկայի ամենախոշոր ներմուծողը՞ Փորձագետները նշում են,ո ր Ադրբեջանը մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում առաջին անգամ «կամիկաձե» անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր կիրառեց:
Եվ արդեն սեպտեմբերին Բաքվում հայտարարեց իսրայելական տեխնոլոգիայով սեփական «կամիկաձեներ» ստեղծելու մտադրության մասին:
