Առավոտյան արթնանալուց հետո՝ մինչև երեկոյան քնելը դուք ձեր հույսը դնում եք ձեր տեսողության վրա: Բայց արդյո՞ք դուք իսկապես խնամում եք ձեր աչքերն այնպես, ինչպիսի խնամքի նրանք արժանի են: Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է խորհուրդներ ՝ աչքերի ամենօրյա խնամքի համար:
Պետք է կոնտակտային ոսպնյակների ճիշտ խնամքն ապահովել
Լինզան, ի տարբերություն ակնոցի, հատուկ խնամք է պահանջում: Որպես կանոն՝ լինզան քնելուց առաջ հարկավոր է հանել: Լինզայով արգելվում է լողալ կամ լոգանք ընդունել. ջրի կաթիլներն ընկնելով լինզայի արտաքին շերտի վրա՝ կվնասեն այն և կգրգռեն աչքը: Չի կարելի կրել լինզա հատկապես այն ժամանակ, երբ աչքերն անընդհատ արցունքոտվում են: Այդ դեպքերում ևս լինզան գրգռում է աչքը, ինչը կարող է առաջացնել լուրջ բարդություններ: Աչքի խնձորակի կարմրությունը, աչքերի առաջ մշուշվելը լինզայի վնասվածության առաջին նշաններն են: Աչքի կոսմետիկա պետք է գործածել միայն լինզաները հագնելուց հետո:

Անկախ նրանից, թե դուք շփում ունենում եք թե ոչ, աշխատեք զերծ մնալ ձեռքերով աչքերի շփումից: «Երբեմն ձեր աչքերը քոր են գալիս և աչքերը տրորելու ցանկություն է առաջանում: Նման դեպքերում մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս փակել աչքերը և հետո տրորել: Աչքերը բաց տրորելը կարող է հանգեցնել աչքի մեջ արյան զեղումների և աչքերի բորբոքման:

Քնելուց առաջ մաքրեք դիմահարդարումը
Դիմահարդարումն առանց հեռացնելու քնելը ոչ միայն հանգեցնում է բարձի վրա կեղտոտ բծերի, այլ նաև կարող է լուրջ վնաս հասցնել աչքերին: Այն կարող է բորբոքել աչքերը, վնասել աչքերի կոպերը, հանգեցնել աչքերի շուրջն ընկած մաշկի գրգռվածության: Արհեստական թարթիչները կարող են լուրջ վնաս հասցնել աչքի եղջերաթաղանթին:
