Արտակ Զաքարյանը լայնածավալ պատերազմի հավանականություն չի տեսնում

Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի պարբերական խախտումները թույլ չեն տալիս ասել, որ այդ երկիրը պատրաստ է խաղաղ ճանապարհով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորմանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը: «Ադրբեջանից վտանգ և սպառնալիք մենք միշտ պետք է սպասենք: Այդ սպառնալիքի ինտենսիվությունը ինչպիսին կլինի, ժամանակը ցույց կտա, սակայն լայնածավալ պատերազմի հավանականություն այս պահին չկա»,- ասաց Զաքարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ պատերազմի հավանականություն չկա, քանի որ տարածաշրջանում ուժերի հավասարակշռությունը հստակ ընդգծված է: «Նման հավանականություն չկա նաև այն պարզ պատճառով, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակը կարողանում է զսպող հանգամանք հանդիսանալ: Ամբողջ պարադոքսը կայանում է նրանում, որ այսօր Ալիևի քաղաքականության համար փակուղի է ստեղծվել: Վերադառնալ խաղաղ բանակցությունների և խոսել խաղաղության մասին, նշանակում է, որ Ալիևը բացահայտ կընդունի այն կեղծ քաղաքականությունը, որը ներսում իրականացրել է: Գնալ պատերազմի, նոր ավանտյուրաների, մեծ է ռիսկը, որ դա կարող է կործանարար նշանակություն ունենալ ողջ Ադրբեջանի հասարակության համար: Այս փակուղային իրավիճակում Ալիևին մնում է հակասական քայլեր անել՝ Լելե թեփե բարձունքում հաստատվելը որպես ոգևորող օրինակ բերել ու միևնույն ժամանակ խոսել խաղաղ բանակցությունների մասին»,- նշեց պատգամավորը:
Նա հավելեց, որ Լելե թեփեն երբեք չի կարող ոգևորող օրինակ լինել, որովհետև, եթե պատերազմը չի ավարտվել, իսկ այն չի ավարտվել, ապա պետք է ասել, որ հենց Ադրբեջանի ողջ տարածքում բազմաթիվ «լելե թեփեներ» կան, որտեղից ԼՂ պաշտպանության բանակի զորամիավորումները կարող են ավելի ամուր անվտանգության օղակներ կառուցել: «Այնպես որ Ալիևը պետք է ոչ թե մտածի, թե ինչպես Լելե թեփեն որպես քարոզչական հնարք կիրառի իր հասարակության համար, այլ պետք է մտածի, որ իր տարածքում բազմաթիվ նման «լելե թեփեներ» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պաշտպանության բանակի համար կարող են դառնալ կարևոր ռազմավարական օբյեկտներ: Այն, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը մեկ-երկու դիրքային առավելություն է ձեռք բերել, դա դեռ ոչինչ չի նշանակում: Դա ունի զրո ազդեցություն և զրո նշանակություն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման հարցում հայկական կողմերի դիրքորոշման վրա»,- եզրափակեց արտակ Զաքարյանը:
