ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության պաշտոնատար անձանց չարաշահումների դեպքով հարուցվել է քրգործ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի 2005 թ. հոկտեմբերի 28–ի «Պետության գույքային շահերի պաշտպանության ոլորտում արդյունավետության բարձրացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների մասին» թիվ ՆՀ–189–Ն հրամանագրով սահմանված կարգով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչությունում ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունից ստացված նյութերի ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման ու վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչության, իրավաբանական վարչության և կենտրոնի հարկային տեսչության համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձինք, անտեսելով 75467232 ՀՀ դրամ գումար գանձելու մասին անբողոքարկելի վարչական ակտը, 08.06.2015թ. կողմի հետ կնքել են ընդամենը 28449350 ՀՀ դրամ պարտքի մարման ժամանակացույց, որի հետևանքով պետական բյուջե չի վճարվել 47017882 ՀՀ դրամ՝ էական վնաս պատճառելով պետության օրինական շահերին: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
 
ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից, իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով պետության օրինական շահերին էական վնաս պատճառելու հիշյալ դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչության դատախազի կողմից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308–րդ հոդվածի 1–ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանը:
 
21 պատգամավորի ստորագրությամբ դիմել են ՍԴ
ԱԺ ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ ՕԵԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը անդրադառնալով հոկտեմբերին Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած ավագանու ընտրություններին՝ նշեց. «21 պատգամավորի ստորագրությամբ երեկ դիմել ենք Սահմանադրական դատարան: Պահանջն այն է, որ 141 հոդվածի 5–րդ կետը՝ բոնուսային համակարգը, վերանայվի: Ըստ այդ հոդվածի՝ ստացվում է ժողովրդի կողմից 34% քվե ստացած փոքրամասնությունը դառնում է քաղաքապետ՝ առանց ընտրության»:
 
Պատգամավորը հավելեց նաև, որ ՍԴ ներկայացված փաստերը բավական լուրջ են:
«Մեր երկրում դրանով ոտնահարվում է մեր քաղաքացիների ընտրելու և ընտրվելու իրավունքը: Իշխանությունը պատկանում է ժողովրդին, այստեղ ժողովրդի 2/3–ը կողմ չի եղել այն իշխանությանը, որ ձևավորվել է Գյումրիում»,– ասաց նա:
