Հրամանատարը յուրացրել է հենակետի՝ կերակուր պատրաստելու դիզվառելիքը

Տավուշի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ հրամանատարի կողմից դիզվառելիքը յուրացնելու փորձ կատարելու համար:
 
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ թիվ N զորամասի 1–ին գումարտակի հրամանատար Արտաշ Պետրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա այս տարվա ապրիլի 15–ից 29–ը հերթապահություն անցկացնելով «Կոբրա» կոչվող մարտական հենակետում, հափշտակել է մարտական հենակետի կացարանների տաքացման և կերակուր պատրաստելու նպատակով հատկացված դիզվառելիքը: Վերջինս հրամայել է հենակետի կացարաններում փայտ և գազ վառել: Արդյունքում հերթափոխի ընթացքում տնտեսել է 95 հազար դրամի չափով 270 լիտր դիզվառելիք, որը փորձել է յուրացնել, սակայն հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել. այն հայտնաբերվել է Տավուշի ՌՈ բաժնի աշխատակիցների կողմից:
 
Նրա հանցակից, նույն զորամասի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Ղազարյանն էլ մեղադրվում է հափշտակելու նպատակով զորամաս տեղափոխված, այնուհետև էլ ոստիկանների կողմից հայտնաբերված դիզվառելիքի հայտնաբերման հանգամանքը վերացնելու և հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնելու մեջ: Հրամանատարի տեղակալը գումարտակին ամրակցված «Ուրալ 4320» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի բենզինի բաքը հանել է մեքենայի վրայից, տեղափոխել Տավուշի մարզի Այգեձոր գյուղում գտնվող եռակցող Սուրեն Սաֆարյանի արհեստանոց և վերջինիս հանձնարարել բենզինի բաքի ստորին հատվածը ծակել ու եռակցել: Վերջինս այդպիսով փորձել է շեղել իրավապահ մարմինների ուշադրությունը և նրանց մոտ պատրանք ստեղծել, թե իբր հայտնաբերված դիզվառելիքը գումարտակին ամրակցված ավտոմեքենայի բաքինն է:
 
Այժմ երկուսն էլ մեղադրվում են Քրեական օրենսգրքի 179–րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի առաջին կետով, այն է՝ յուրացնելը կամ վատնելը պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով: Այն պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չորսհարյուրապատիկից յոթհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ երկուսից չորս տարի ժամկետով, կամ որոշակի պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու, կամ որոշակի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկելով՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով կամ առանց դրա:
