Ռուսաստանն ամեն ինչ անում է` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործում դրական տեղաշարժ ապահովելու համար: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնային խորհրդի միջազգային գործերով կոմիտեի նախագահ Կոնստանտին Կոսաչևը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ ՌԴ-ն դեկտեմբերի 8-ին Համբուրգում ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահների և ՀՀ ու Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործեր ի նախարարների հնարավոր հանդիպումից դրական տեղաշարժ արձանագրելու հույս ունի: «Ռուսաստանը անում է իրենից կախված ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի նպաստի դրան: Ինչպես ասում են՝ մի կաթիլ ջուրը քար է ծակում: Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ ապրիլյան իրադարձությունները որոշակի իմաստով դանդաղեցրել են գործընթացը: Բայց մեզ թվում է, որ զգացմունքները բավականին հանդարտվել են` գործընթացը վերսկսելու համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Կոսաչևը: 

Նա հավելեց, որ Ռուսաստանը տագնապով է հետևել ապրիլյան իրադարձություններին: «Դուք գիտեք, որ Ռուսաստանը անմիջապես արձագանքել է: Մենք գործի դրեցինք բոլոր հնարավորությունը, որպեսզի նվազեցնենք լարվածությունը և իրավիճակը վերադարձնենք քաղաքական հարթություն: Փառք Աստծո, դա հաջողվեց շատ արագ անել, բայց ավաղ, դա որևէ կերպ առաջ չտարավ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորումը»,- ասաց ռուս պատգամավորը:

Նա նշեց, որ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի հետ քննարկել են հիմնախնդրի կարգավորումը և լսել են, որ հայկական կողմը պատրաստ է առաջ գնալ. «Հայկական կողմի տեսակետով` Ադրբեջանը ձգձգում է: Հասկանալի է, որ մենք կցանկանայինք, որ Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը ընդհանուր հայտարարի գային: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, մեր կարծիքով Ռուսաստանի առաքելությունն է նպաստել այդ բանակցություններին: Եվ ես իսկապես հավատում եմ, որ մեր խորհրդարանական ձևաչափը ևս պահանջված կլինի: Մենք, իհարկե՛, ունենք ուղիղ կապ Ադրբեջանի գործընկերների հետ: Ես իրենց ամենայն ճշտությամբ կփոխանցեմ այն, ինչ լսել ենք այստեղ»,- եզրափակեց Կոսաչևը:
