Շենգավիթում տեղի ունեցած սպանության գործով առաջադրվել են մեղադրանքներ

ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևանի քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են երկու անձի սպանության պատճառ դարձած, «Լիա» գեղեցկության սրահի տարածքում նոյեմբերի 13-ին տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի մի շարք էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ։ Երկու անձի առաջադր վել է մեղադրանք։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ին Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում գործող գեղեցկության սրահներից մեկում հնչած կրակոցների հետևանքով ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներից մահացել է երկու անձ՝ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ Գևորգ Ավետիսյանը և Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանը, ևս մեկ անձ՝ Արամ Պետրոսյանը, հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել կրծքավանդակի աջ հատվածում, և նրա վիճակը գնահատվում է ծանր: Մ.Մուշեղյանի դիակի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են նաև կտրող-ծակող առարկայով պատճառված մարմնական վնասվածքներ՝ որովայնի շրջանին։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որի նախաքննությունը, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ, իրականացվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում:
Քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ քննիչը նոյեմբերի 18-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրել երկու անձի՝ Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանի սպանության համար. Պետրոս Իսրայելյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով (սպանություն, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից), Ռուբեն Խաչատրյանին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից կատարված սպանությանն օժանդակելը)։ Նույն օրը որոշում է կայացվել նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ մինորդություն ներկայացնել դատարան։
Քրեական գործով շարունակվում են իրականացվել ակտիվ քննչական գործողություններ՝ զինված միջադեպի շարժառիթը, մասնակիցների շրջանակը պարզելու և նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններն անհատականացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանվածկարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
